"They charged 50 to my account as a security fee and told me that i had to make sure i asked for a refund in the morning. The bathroom had used toiletries, hair in the bathtub, and clothing and dirty towels on the back of the door. The remote control was sitting on a sticky substance on the table, and there was pet food on the floor. Counter staff was friendly. "

"The check-in guy (Terrence?) was wonderful. He was friendly, professional & courteous. When I arrived to my room (#202) it was cooled which was great. There was no remote for the tv and the phone was broken. I ran downstairs and Terrence (front desk) quickly provided another remote. He turned in a ticket for the phone.
