The staff was nice. The scary location, the filthy smelly room, the stained sheets with either feces or blood in several spots, the carpet had so much dirt and filth on it I threw my socks away, the broken mirror and the 2 way mirror in the room was scary. The bathroom was dirty. The sketchy men outside in the parking lot was the worst. But we stayed because of how long we had driven that day and didn’t want to lose my money. I will never stay there again when we travel. My family and friends texted the next morning to make sure we got in the road.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was not very clean; things were left in the refrigerator and there was debris on the bathroom floor. The breakfast was extremely limited, consisting of waffles, cereal, toast, orange juice and milk.

Air conditioning and heating worked. Lots of hot water. This hotel needs to update many of the room fixtures, microwave, refrigerator, exterior door did not close good with gap showing on bottom. First place I have stayed that was dusty and dirty on furniture and counters.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Sink cracked, carpet was shredded around a corner where the vacuum would hit it. The price was good. It was quiet on the side away from the highway. Breakfast had no protein or fresh fruit.

Disappointed in rating

Difficulty with TV; carpet dirty; vomit in the parking lot which caused a swarm of flies entering our room as soon as we opened the door; repairs needed. Staff was friendly; a/c worked well (although on button was missing). Our biggest disappointment was that the hotel was rated. 10 on Hotels.com website and it was definitely not more than a 3.

We did not use the AC. The room was a little worn down. The room was as clean as you can get while rehabbing. Staff was friendly. Looked like they were really trying to stay open to continue the upgrades room by room. Hopefully they continue the job and make it a beautiful place to stay.

The worst hotel I’ve ever seen. Expedia should not even offer this on their sites. Disgusting filthy and we wouldn’t even check in. The appearance of the outside was so awful we requested to view the room before check in. Further, did not feel safe…skid row. So bad we did not. Regret not taking pictures….
