The desk clerk Stephanie was pleasant and helpful. Good sense of humor. Room was clean and comfortable. Water was hot. Great breakfast. Don't expect the Ritz Carlton but for Hayti it was really nice.
Unclean sticky dirty floors dirty tub dirty toilet. bodily fluids on loveseat, pee stains on 2nd (middle) white comforter/linen cover, dirty iron board, dirty mirror door on the inside had dirty stains/bodily fluids caked on, huge gap bottom door, dirty lampshades with stains/bodily fluids, curtains wouldn’t close shut for privacy, but great friendly service checking in and checking out.

Average property, clean, staff are accommodating. Very few quality TV channels to choose from, back door to rear parking is broken and is unlocked at all times.

Friendly and helpful staff. the room was very nice except that it looked like someone had laid on the bed, used the toilet and left a 1/2 empty sprite bottle in the room. The staff was great and came up and changed the sheets and pillowcases right away.
We found the roach in the bathroom. We moved up stairs. No bugs. But the stool seat was broken. Smell funky in hallway. Room was ok. Bed was comfortably. But will not stay there again

It was just okay with and average environment. Not bad not the best but it is a good price and a confy place to rest your head.
The staff was very friendly and polite but the hotel was dirty and run down. They were short staffed and we were not able to get our room clean all weekend. Not a good experience at all
The front desk personnel was very nice and got us checked in with in a timely manner. The room - the floor was sticky, dirty and filthy. So where your shoes! The bed made a noise every time you moved, the matress needs to be replaced. If it haven't been for driving in the rain all day we would have went further.

Mmmm
I booked this room at the very last minute while traveling to Caruthersville, Missouri the things that I really didn’t like about the room was the smell; it was very stuffy. The bathroom tubs were not cleaned… house keeping need to use a magic eraser along with some bleach. The tub faucet was falling apart and the toilet wouldn’t flush. The beds were pretty comfortable though
The lobby area was the cleanest of the entire hotel. If a Health Inspector were to inspect this hotel, they’d have a “field day”of violations before they even entered any hotel rooms! The breakfast area, start making waffles, the only option to use the same waffle batter cup, it was sticky, horrible, pathetic. The rest of the hotel needed a deep cleaning, renovation and care. The carpet had a “mothball scent” to it, the ceilings showed water damage, the paint job was splotchy. The bed linens were thread bare, the mattresses had three worn mattress pads on them. The sofa sleepers looked like they were dragged in from the street. Electrical outlets were painted over. The black mold in the shower/tub area had been there awhile. The “mouse tent” behind the entertainment was quite unnerving to see. The owner/operator would avoid us. We tried to find the “quality” at this Quality Inn and found none. Remove the stars and ratings above a 1 on this “hotel” from your website.

The hotel was run down. We should have not stayed here.
The room was tattered and dirty. The breakfast was minimal poor quality hotel breakfast. I didn’t expect much from a Quality Inn but this hotel didn’t even meet that expectation.
Upon checking into our room, one of the double beds was broken, and there were only enough towels for two people. I had reserved the room for four adults, and when I requested a different room, the woman at the front desk, said that the rooms were only meant for two adult adults and two children. I explained to her that when I booked through Orbitz that it specified for adults. She then gave me another room that wasn’t in quite as bad of shape and at least it had adequate bathroom linens for four people. Everything there is worn out, down to the door hardware. Spend a little more money and stay somewhere else!
