"The location on Expedia showed downtown Melbourne and it was over 4 miles away in Palm Bay. Communication was terrible and we couldn’t even get into the community when we got there and had never been given a gate code or any good instruction. There’s black glue or something on all of the floors, but the rest of the interior was pretty clean. The back screen porch had not been swept or picked up. I don’t think in six months and the floors were disgusting. You must use their app to figure out anything and we were just going for a relaxing fun weekend. The changing code DAILY for the door was totally a nuisance and one time we arrived in the door was unlocked, even though we checked it before we left. I would not book this property again and the fact that they lied in the address in the listing and even on the confirmation showed Melbourne was terrible. We spent an extra hundred dollars on Ubers and Lyft so we can enjoy ourselves downtown that was not planned. "

I walked up to the river one morning to enjoy my coffee at Scurrah's Landing. Short drive to downtown and beach. My mom and I were very comfortable staying here. I would recommend. "

"Our service dog was welcomed. Our host was gracious and friendly. The condo was clean, well equipped and perfect for the two of us. The 2nd couch opened up to a bed, which we didn't need. Even though we were on the 2nd floor, we did use the elevator every day, it was so convenient. We readily used the washer and dryer in the laundry room - which was very easy, since it was on the second floor. We will definitely be back! "
