"The assistant manager and the GM were very kind and friendly so much more friendly than the other Hyatt place that’s by the 95 the assistant manager at the other Hyatt her name is Sarah and she is not a very nice person. I stopped going to that Hyatt just so I didn’t have to see her and deal with her anymore and I’m so happy I made the change. My only complaints about this location is that their Internet sucks and you can never get your phone to connect to the television so that you can watch things like Hulu and Netflix, which drove me crazy because I stayed there for a week but otherwise it’s clean. The food is great. The staff is friendly the rooftop bar I’ve been to more than once and it has really good food. This place is the closest you’re gonna get to a five star resort on a budget. "

"The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The place is small, but they make great use of the space. The house is organized and clean.There was one thing we couldn't find in the kitchen and the owner texted back within a few minutes. The street is unpaved, so we did get sand in the house easily. The other houses on the street don't maintain their yards well but don't let that deter you since this property is nice with a tall fence. We sat outside one evening and we didn't hear anyone else. It feels like a hideaway. It is located further from downtown Melbourne than it appeared on the Vrbo Circle Map. It was a 25-minute walk to Meg O'Malley's pub which was one of the places we wanted to go but not drive. We felt safe walking home late at night. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the Florida Tech campus. 5-minute drive to a Publix grocery store and CVS. "

"Roomy home with great hangout space inside and out. Clean and accommodating. You can tell the house is loved and not just an investment property. Fantastic shower tower! Refrigerator stocked with water, much appreciated. Great fully fenced yard perfect for hairy children and human children too. Huge driveway. Super easy check-in and guides from host on layout, WiFi, TV operation. Right across the street from downtown Melbourne restaurants, bars and shops. Super close to parks, bridge, river and beach."
