"The executive studio is well worth the money; stayed in this fabulously beautiful and neatly designed spacious queen-bed room for 3 nights to access wineries, vineyards and orchards in the Barossa Valley and Riverland regions; almost everything in this property particularly for this room category is red-carpet; we enjoyed a private deep-soaking jetted tub, exclusive room access, exclusive single-vehicle parking space right in front of our room, daily room service, fresh towels everyday and personalised customer service; owner Elizabeth is approachable and very congenial; our room attendant Ki is on the ball and kind in attending to our needs and making our stay pleasant and wholesome; we were treated with free drinks throughout our stay - thank you very much! I will return definitely and would highly recommend this property for their exceptional service, cleanliness, spacious executive studio accommodation, and contemporary room design and furnishings."

"Lovely place to stay in a quiet little town. Fireplace was cozy with plenty of firewood, well stocked kitchen with ample delicious breakfast supplies and a complimentary bottle of wine which was actually very good. Everything was spotlessly clean. If you need to contact the host though, use a text message not a message through your booking platform as this was not read."

"Stylish interior, Very neat, Large bright rooms, kitchen is well stocked with utensils- excellent coffee machine, heated bathroom floor was fantastic as we had very cold nights, nice outdoor lighting and secure garage with roller door. Highly recommend staying here."

"I didn’t like the parking. Not enough room"

"Very relaxing stay, gorgeous place, loved the fire-pit, private sauna and views. Only minor issues, fridge was missing door rack so couldn't put open bottle of wine in there, no reply from host when pointed it out. Stools very flimsy, worried they would break when sitting on. Robes and slippers would have been nice as bathroom tiles were freezing. Otherwise enjoyed the region and wineries. "

"The Lavender House was absolutely amazing. Breaky provisions were more than enough. Great location of you want to hire a bike and ride along the Reisling Trail. A 20 minute walk into Clare if you want to eat out. The night sky was fabulous! Will definitely stay again!"
