If the host added a coffee maker, coffee, creamer, sweetner, and a basket of breakfast bites for folks rushing to get away in the mornings, his guests will greatly appreciate the extra niceties. Every morning, we had to make a stop at WaWa for coffee and breakfast on the way to the Jacksonville Equestrian Center. Otherwise, our stay was most pleasant."

The kitchen was well-stocked with spices, dishes, supplies, etc. If cooking for large groups, you may wanna bring a few extra large pots. They provided tons of towels and toiletries in the showers and laundry supplies. The back-yard was an amazing adventure for kids and the toys, books, puzzles, games, etc. were a huge hit for our family! Two families stayed (1 on each floor)!
