"We had a great stay with such friendly and helpful people. They went out of their way to make sure that our room was ready early, which was so kind. We needed it early to make it to a wedding. Very professional and nice. It's within walking distance from the train station and downtown. We loved their pool/sauna area. Our only mild complaint was that the pool is quite small and the hot tub was not working. We would still highly recommend Novotel! "

Staff friendly and helpful, if you join their free H+ rewards you get a free public transport ticket for the local area which is handy. Room was nice with free bottled water, shower a bit weak as it's an eco shower but otherwise I'd recommend highly for the price...
