"Great location , walking distance to everything , across the street from the gondola if you come here during ski season. Free parking , no resort fees but iam not sure if these are deals for the summer only ! Studio has plenty of room, equipped with full kitchen facilities and full bath with a tub. Complimented coffee is hugeeee these days !!!! You can make it yourself in the room or grab some from the lobby area. Water fountain is next to the coffee station as well. My studio is a short walk to the lobby areas so everything is super convenient to me . Very happy with everything."

"Beautiful home for our summer mountain stay with extended family! We especially appreciated the large well-stocked kitchen for shared meals, the convenient location to downtown Breckenridge, the amazing views, and the hot tub. The bunk room slept 6 kids with the trundles pulled out, and the kid cousins had a blast sharing a room together. The fact that most bedrooms are en suite also gave our group of multiple families sufficient space. We loved our stay here!"

"Best things about this property:Space-tons of it! This is a huge home with lots of room to spread out. Hot tub, pool table, grill and poker table - we made good use of all 3. Added to our fun! Also puzzles and games! Great location - easy drive to town and groceriesLovely views and plenty of deck space, both covered and uncovered to enjoy. Photos are accurate - furnishings are dated, but very comfortable and cozyKitchen is huge- lots of seating and easy for cooking for large groupsAreas of opportunity:Only 3 of the bedrooms have doors. If you are are large group- 3 ‘real’ bedrooms with bathrooms for adults. And tons of extra rooms for kids and teens. Worked great for our group, but if you have more than 3 couples it may not work well for you. This is noted in the listed, but lots of stairs. May be rough with little kiddos or elderly folks. It was totally fine for our group, just be aware. Kitchen supplies like knives (dull, not in great condition) , pots and pans are very worn. Could use some new items to add to the kitchen effectiveness, however we had what we needed to get by. If you are a chef-type, you might not be thrilled. On the whole- great stay! Would stay again."

"The property worked very well for our family needs; plenty of space for everyone and the views were awesome. The house is well stocked for laundry services, kitchen services and personal items. The three vehicle garage was an added bonus that was used throughout our stay!We realize this is a rental property. As others have mentioned, this high end property is looking a little tired and somewhat worn. The carpet is thread bare in many places and has several holes in the upper level and and there are some significant carpet stains on the lower level. This really didn't bother us but may be an issue for others.The dead bolt for the french doors off the eating area to the deck does not operate and appears to have been that way for a long time. For security purposes, this warrants timely attention.Overall, we were pleased with the property and would recommend it to others!"

"Ideal for the perfect getaway from the city life. Quiet, beautiful and nothing beats sitting in the hot tub looking at the stars. The kitchen had everything that you could imagine and the whole cabin/ house was beautiful. Close enough to downtown Breckenridge to explore and then come back and relax. Would highly recommend!"
