Cozy Cottage on Main Street! 1 Min walk to Gondola! New AC and Furnace Heat!

Cottage located on Main Street! We are located right next to the Blue River Bistro, 1min walk or less to Gondola and mins to everything downtown Breck has to offer. One of the few VRBOs with Ac for summer rentals!!! There is two parking spots in back of cottage away from Main Street. There are 2 large rooms. Room one you enter from the back of the cottage where there is a twin and a queen bed in the same room along with the two bathroom sinks and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom is connected to room one at the back of the cottage that has a shower with sit-down ledge and a heated toilet seat. Room two is at the front of the cottage where you have a pull out couch (queen mattress) with a TV and dinning room table. There is also a small kitchennette with Griddle, microwave, Keurig, air fryer, small baking oven, cutting board, mini fridge, sink, silverware, knife set, and all cooking utensils. Outside there is a hot tub shared with the big house.

*We own the house right next door that sleeps 16 . It’s a 7 bed and 7 bath if you need more room you can rent both the house and the cottage. It occupies 22 people total. tHE LINK IS BELOW FOR THE HOUSE!

The location for town shopping, eating and drinking was super. Great food less than 30 steps away and only a short walk to the gondola.

Spring Break Getaway

The place was perfect for our family of 4! Less than a block from the Gondola and within walking distance to so many local shops and dining. Highly recommend it and will definitely keep it on our list to return to.

Perfect Location

This place has everything you need. One minute walk to breck connect gondola, breakfast lunch and dinner anywhere from a one minute to five minute walk. Hot tub was great after boarding all day.

The cottage was very clean and in a great location right on main street. The gondola was an easy 2 block walk. There was an issue with the property description and what the property actually offered but this was very quickly made right by the property manager which was very appreciated. The customer service was superb. I would 100% stay at this location again.

Fantastic everything - Location, Location, Location!

We had an amazing stay at the property and would absolutely stay here again next time we are in Breckenridge. The host communication was fabulous and the location is unbeatable right at the bottom of the gondola up to Peaks 7/8. My family walked over to the gondola in our snowboard attire and were up at snowboard school to drop the kids off early and easy each morning. The carriage house is cozy and had everything we needed. Thank you!

Great Location, NOT a Two Bedroom

Location on Main is cool but there is no way this should be allowed to be listed as a two bedroom. It's two beds in one room. The vanity is in the same room as the beds. The kitchen has a half fridge, bar sink, hot plate microwave and toaster oven. No stove or oven. It did not meet our needs. The porch was fun to sit out and have a drink and it was well decorated. Had it been a true two bedroom with full kitchen amenities, the review would've been different, but it is very small.

Our family of 4 loved this house! Perfect spot for the 4th of July parade 🇺🇸 I’d pop next door to the Bistro and have a cocktail while my kids napped! Lots of great walkable attractions!
