"Best things about this property:Space-tons of it! This is a huge home with lots of room to spread out. Hot tub, pool table, grill and poker table - we made good use of all 3. Added to our fun! Also puzzles and games! Great location - easy drive to town and groceriesLovely views and plenty of deck space, both covered and uncovered to enjoy. Photos are accurate - furnishings are dated, but very comfortable and cozyKitchen is huge- lots of seating and easy for cooking for large groupsAreas of opportunity:Only 3 of the bedrooms have doors. If you are are large group- 3 ‘real’ bedrooms with bathrooms for adults. And tons of extra rooms for kids and teens. Worked great for our group, but if you have more than 3 couples it may not work well for you. This is noted in the listed, but lots of stairs. May be rough with little kiddos or elderly folks. It was totally fine for our group, just be aware. Kitchen supplies like knives (dull, not in great condition) , pots and pans are very worn. Could use some new items to add to the kitchen effectiveness, however we had what we needed to get by. If you are a chef-type, you might not be thrilled. On the whole- great stay! Would stay again."

Spacious Home, 2 Living Areas, Jacuzzi Hot Tub, Mountain Views, & Close to Town!

"The property was as described, accommodating 5 adults and two children from 7-12; however, it is older house, with some items that were starting to show its age (utensil drawer in the kitchen, the blinds in the main floor living area, and the master bedroom door). Upon arrival, the house was clean and ready to go. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens I have seen (everything from a nutra-bullet blender, 2 crockpots, pots/pans, dishes, glasses etc.)! It even had a nice size plate that worked for my Smores Charcuterie board! The kids enjoyed that! We enjoyed sitting out front watching the squirrels and the woodpecker at midafternoon; and in the morning sitting on the back porch enjoying the semi-wooded view. The location was overall quiet and is a quick drive to Main Street. My only “frustrations” were- working the tv/tv remote, one of the lamps in the master bedroom didn’t work and that I went and purchased additional liquid soap for the kitchen and two bathrooms & additional soap for the showers (the soaps were not expensive, but I really didn’t want to go to a grocery store while on vacation again). The host and the management company were quick to respond to any questions I had during our stay, which was nice! If you are looking for a spacious house, a well equipped kitchen, love hot tubbing, and love watching the neighborhood critters- then I recommend this house."
