"We waited an hour for our shuttle service from the airport. I had to call the hotel many times as no one is answering . We paid $250 incidental just for a day and they have not refunded our money back. We are away on holiday and up until now more than a week ago, no refund back yet. I would not recommend this hotel, receptionist in the morning is not accomodating and unfriendly. On the other hand, rooms are clean and breakfast is basic. "

"It’s was nice and convenient, showers were not so good low pressure, ac kept going out , could have been cleaned better , I work in housekeeping and to see the lamps with built in dirt was disappointing but other than that for the price it was good but there was a tall guy who kept learkin in the hallway had my daughter scared "

"the price of the food @ the cafe and the bar restaurant seemed fairly normal to maybe a bit more pricey, but the amount of food was great! they were remodeling a room in the lobby during our stay and it turned out fresh. the rest of the hotel was super nice but the rooms could get a little update: maybe add fan in bathrooms (it gets super hot), wallpaper could be freshened up, just in comparison but in general it was so nice. THE BEDS AND THE PILLOWS WERE OUR FAVORITE PART!!!! Staff were super friendly and helpful, the shuttle system was a great help to our visits back and forth. Leslie (if i spelled correctly) one of our shuttle drivers was beyond helpful and we appreciate him beyond words."

"Hotel was good , front desk staff was good , Breakfast staff , she was cranky , complained and yelled to everyone . Never eat breakfast there again with that bit… "

"There was food on the elevator floor. No one knew how to connect my firestick to the tv. There was only one person on staff. There was nothing in the room to cook with. I shouldn't have to call the front desk for cups, plates, etc. I called to see if i could do an earlier check in but was told no because they were short staff on house keeping."

"This was one of my top accommodation stays for many reasons. First and foremost, the hostess was incredible with timeliness, friendliness, and helpfulness in communications. The apartment had everything you could need for bathroom, kitchen, living-room and bedroom. Plenty of towels and quality thickness. Laundry in basement. Transit options to/from airport and to/from Manhattan are a very short walk away. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay."

"Parking was tight as they park cars for the airport. Staff was beyond rude. A/C was broken. Room was dirty, we cancelled our stay of 4 nights after 1 night. Loud music outside our door until midnight. Very bad hotel. I can not believe Expedia offers this motel. "
