Two lovely bedrooms, very comfortable, great bathroom, kitchen and lounge - and an enclosed courtyard garden at the back. In lovely condition. Also very dog friendly. And Ripon itself was beautiful. "We were a bit disappointed that the lift was not working and seemingly has been out of action since the beginning of December. We would not have booked the flat had we known this as we are in our late seventies and my husbands found the stairs a bit of a problem. Although the housekeeper did her best to solve the problem with the heating it remains uncontrollable. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the flat once these issues have been resolved. "
