"The pool was a mess and the buildings surrounding the pool need to be torn down. They offer no early check in (even though we were told they would allow one, along with a late check out, for a fee.) "Overall, the staff was amazing. However there was an incident regarding the pool Gabanna I was quoted $100 and when I received my bill, it was 199. They proceeded to bring over security guard and humiliate me. I agreed to pay for everything I ordered, which is reasonable, but there is no way I was going to pay for a cabana that they doubled the charge after that they asked me to leave the hotel so I did not even get to finish my cabana which I paid for. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and I will be blasting this on every trip advisory and social media."
