- Collecting the scavenger (missao) hunt prize was not very clear so our son missed receiving his prize at the end of the trip (we were told to text on whatsapp but we found out the day we left that we had to collect at a different hotel)
- Sink area in the hotel room's bathroom sink had black gunk/mold around the back area of the faucet. I cleaned it myself since we were already unpacked with 5 people's luggage.
