Santa Clara Residences is a beach front high rising tower complex, located just 1 hour and 30 minutes away from Panama City, and is considered among the best beach projects along the Pacific Ocean. The apartment is located on the 11th floor of the Atardecer Tower.
The apartment unit is a fully furnished apartment that measure 1,012 square foot (94 sq meters), and is distributed as follows:
• 2 bedrooms, each one comes with its own bathroom;
• Living room, dining room and kitchen, and a spacious
balcony.
• Cable TV, Wifi and air condition units in bedrooms and living room.
• A private parking space, with access to several parking spaces for visitors.
