Very well maintained. Gardens and pools are clean. Did not liked the check in organization. Booked a room with sea view and if have not insisted , I would have got a different room. They claimed the app , but eventually I received the room I have booked.

This was our first visit to the Grand Decameron. We enjoyed the whole experience. The facility is nice, a bit dated, but still a well designed. I would recommend it to others looking for an all inclusive stay.

We love this beach resort! You always find a place to sit on the beach no matter what time of day. You can walk more than a km in each direction without issue. You feel safe while anywhere on the resort. Food is good everywhere and the staff is super. The beds could be higher quality.

I had not been to Decameron since 2016 - the property still looks the same a bit aged. The service and quality of food went down a lot. We have many memories of this place when we used to come every year with our kids. It’s dear to my heart but not sure I would recommend it for a first timer in Rio Hato Panama

All employees are very helpful in every way gave us ocean view , gave us king sized bed with no extra cost and food are very good. We can recommend to anybody as a mater of fact we are planning already for our next holidays!!!!!

Very nice place. Wonderful staff

Everything went perfect. The food was good, wonderful and polite staff, the place was clean and the evening show was great. I enjoyed a lot my stay. The room just need to be renovated but I guess that they are still recovering from Covid time. I recommend this hotel.

Excellent response time to call for transportation. Facility is on side of a hill, and if you need to go get your car at the central parking lot, you really need the transportation! Food and bar drinks were very good. Only thing we disliked was the thermostats in the rooms are "locked" and we could not adjust the temperature.

Poor Value for money

I have experienced many all inclusive resorts in my travels. This was a last minute booking because of the proximity to the Rio Hato airport. The Hotel caters to all inclusive travel operators. It is a very sprawling resort with many pools and restaurants and bars. The room was very dated and furniture from the 80's. Staff were not all that helpful and I would not stay here again.

Royal Decameron - now Wyndham

The grounds, pool and beach were lovely. We’ve stayed here numerous times over the past 10 years but the resort is not as well run as previous visits. Rooms are dated and worn - no repairs or renovations to the rooms in at least 10 years. Track for patio doors rusted out and extremely difficult to open. The 4 staff standing at each entrance to the buffet restaurant (doing nothing) do not enforce the rule of guests required to wear clothing and shoes in the restaurant. Bathing suits with no decent coverups and bare feet noted frequently. Buffet food was packed up 45 minutes before breakfast was over and a few times many food items ran out. Many staff were not very friendly and we felt a bit like they thought we were an inconvenience. However other staff were wonderful and friendly.
