"We want to let everyone who wants to know about this hotel is that the hotel is great, but hotels.com is really bad. Hotel.com charged an extra $3-400 extra under the category of tax and services. The hotel had no idea what this is for. The hotel just told us to reserve from them directly the next time to bypass these unexplainable charges. Please pay attention on all of the charges before making any reservation with hotels.com, don’t make the mistake that I made."
