The property was poorley maintained and there was also a lot of mould in eating area on the roof and our room 505. Some lifts were out of order. Pool grounds and pool.edges need a good clean over. The managment team should be ashamed of themselves.

Amazing place

The hotel is well located, safe place, several restaurants nearby, our room had a sea view and a balcony, beach area reserved for hotel guests, with chairs and clean towels. The furniture could be updated. Super attentive and professional staff

Nice Hotel. Umbrella and towel service for the beach is great! Cleaning staff makes an amazing job. breakfast was a bit boring. only the cakes got mixed. cheese and meet everyday the same. But i will come back next year for sure!

I know the location well and its great. When we got to our room, it had minimal furnishings which is ok. They told us only one key per room even though we were 2 guests. The shower handle was broken, so they moved us to another room, said it was an upgrade. It wasn't an upgrade and it didn't have a balcony. The shower was a tub with dirty broken grout. The pool is great. In summary i hope they can get this great property in better shape.

The furniture and appliance of this property was very old and inactive conditions. I was disappointed with the reception staff. Also, they allocated on first and second floor and I was not even told that I have reserve only on first and second floor, they were asking me for huge money difference to shift me on higher floors. They even wasted my few hours. The location of the property is very good, exterior look is also very good, morning breakfast staff was also friendly but reception staff were horrible. I do not recommend going there again.
