This hotel rating is misleading. It has a score of 8/10 but the rooms are awful. Everything is old...beds, sheets, towels....worse hotel i have ever stayed at booking through Expedia. Tv had no access to the internet, nor cable tv. However, the staff was nice.

Need to improve their variety of languages or have at least 1 bilingual person since it was a bit hard to communicate. The shower was leaking 24/7, the air conditioner turned off randomly but most of the staff was very polite and tried their best to make me feel welcomed.

Expectativas superadas

Todos os funcionários foram muito solícitos e atenciosos no atendimento. O conforto foi excelente, a limpeza estava boa e o café da manhã foi ótimo. A única questão negativa foi o ar-condicionado do quarto, que não funcionou, deixando o ambiente um pouco abafado durante a noite.

O hotel é incrível, estrutura impecável, lindíssimo, funcionários atenciosos e educados, quarto extremamente limpo e organizado, cama muito boa, chuveiro então é um dos melhores entre hotéis que já fiquei. Achei que o café da manhã é bom mas é fraco, quase não tinha opções de comida e bebida. Recomendo muito o hotel.

Quarto com muita poeira. O ar condicionado muito barulhento e sujo. Café da manhã com poucas opções, faltava o básico e com uma apresentação ruim. O quarto com apenas duas tomadas para uso. Boa opção de hospedagem em.Sao João

Precisei se um pernoite e escolhi esse hotel, pois ja tinha me hospedado outras vezes. O quarto escolhido foi o modelo ja reformado, com banheiro e moveis modernos, limpo.Tivemos que aguardar um pouco para subirmos, pois como foi uma reserva sem antecedência precisamos aguardar providenciarem um quarto. Colchão e travesseiros confortáveis, porém o edredon e as toalhas estavam manchados. O edredon, principalmente, parecia sujo. A área do café da manhã foi ampliada, porem os itens continuam básicos. Senti falta da salada de frutas que sempre tinha disponível.

O problema todo começou no check-in, muito demorado e complicado. Chegamos tarde sim, vindo de uma comemoração familiar e queríamos descansar, porém a demora foi gigante e quando fomos para o quarto, o mesmo estava desarrumado, alguém já tinha estado por lá, daí voltamos a recepção para que fossemos trocados de quarto e mais uma grande espera. Quando reservei, não tinha opção de quarto com cama de casal, daí reservei com camas de solteiro mesmo e lá pediria que fosse feito a alteração caso tivesse disponibilidade, mesmo tendo que pagar alguma diferença, pois bem, disseram que tinham vaga mas eram quartos de categoria superior e teria que pagar a diferença, o que topei sem problemas, porém a diferença não condizia com o que já havia pago no site, no ato da reserva, fiquei muito chateado, pois me senti lesado com a situação, porém devido ao cansaço e adiantado da hora resolvi não estender a reclamação. No dia seguinte, já com outro atendente, reclamei novamente, porém disseram que não poderiam fazer nada, pois o valor recebido por eles era aquele que o rapaz já havia me passado, inclusive imprimiram um papel com o valor, uns 36 reais a menos. Mesmo eu mostrando a confirmação da reserva com o quanto eu havia pago. O novo quarto que ficamos, realmente era muito bom, porém não haviam toalhas de rosto e banho suficientes, nem de piso, tivemos que pedir e esperar. Achei o serviço bem enrolado. O café da manhã também peca e muito. Acho que podem se atentar mais aos detalhes.
