・スタッフ全員が家族のような優しさ。 ・部屋は毎日綺麗に掃除してくれます。 ・コパカバーナビーチには歩いて行くには登り下りがきつくて少し辛いです。30分くらいかかりました。 ・電子レンジと冷蔵庫はあったけど調理できるような環境はなかったので少し残念。

Bom, bonito e barato.

Atende o custo beneficio, bom, bonito e barato. Pode melhorar um pouco a organização do quarto, porém é um Hostel, logo não podemos exigir d+, a vantagem é que são só 5 camas por quarto.

O hostel não entrega o prometido na estadia

Tivemos problemas com a internet que não funcionava e com o chuveiro que não esquentava e para ambos a resposta da recepção foi a seguinte: "é assim mesmo, estamos com muitos hóspedes". Sobre o café da manhã (que é servido das 8h às 10h): no primeiro dia, chegamos cerca de 9:30 para tomar o café e fomos informados de que havia acabado o pão e nenhuma providência foi tomada, acabou o pão e todos os hóspedes que chegaram depois disso simplesmente ficariam sem (pois o café da manhã é muito muito muito fraco, um pão, uma torrada e café/leite em doses moderadas, você não pode comer o quanto quiser e não há nenhuma outra opção além disso). No segundo dia de café da manhã fomos um pouco mais cedo para evitar problemas, porém a área é aberta e chovia muito, não havia outra alternativa. No terceiro dia, chegamos ás 8h, o café ainda não estava sendo servido, após alguns minutos, nos serviram um pão borrachudo (claramente do dia anterior) e não foi dada nenhuma informação que posteriormente chegariam pães frescos (quase pelas 9h da manhã)... tivemos muitos problemas com o café da manhã oferecido, além de ser pouco e fraco, se for tomar café mais tarde corre o risco de acabar e se for cedo eles te servem o pão do dia anterior... foi realmente péssimo. Paguei por uma diária que incluía café e internet e mesmo assim tive que gastar dinheiro com essas coisas por fora. O hostel não tem estrutura e nem staffs preparados para lidar com as reclamações se prontificando à atendê-las.

O hostel ofereceu quarto e ambiente externo com ótimas condições e conforto e bom serviço. Bem localizado. Com certeza pretendo me hospedar novamente, caso retorne à cidade.

Ganharam um cliente assíduo daqui em diante...

Hostel muito legal. Geralmente, ficava no RJ no Ibis SAntos Dumont. Agora vou ficar só no Vertical. Região muito gostosa de Botafogo. Visual incrível do sétimo andar, com uma piscina bem refrescante. Quartos de bom tamanho. Equipe muito legal e prestativa. Alguns moradores contínuos bem pitorescos..Pertinho tem um supermercado Zona Sul, alguns restaurantes com preços baixos para refeições durante a semana. Também bem do lado tem uma choperia artesanal com um público local de Botafogo, cheio de gatinhas, na Rua Fernandes Guimarães. Metrô e outras opções mais sofisticadas de alimentação também próximas. Recomendo fortemente! Ganharam um cliente assíduo daqui em diante.

Limpo, mas....

O local é limpo e arejado. Comparando com outros hostels que fiquei, o café da manhã é regular. O que mais me incomodou foi o atendimento. Jovens atendentes não primam pela seriedade, um verdadeiro carnaval na portaria.

Fun time in Rio

Un Hotel/Hostel muy nuevo al que aun le estan agregando servicios como por ejemplo el ascensor. Si dudas en contratar porque la puerta de entrada no se ve muy bien en las fotos no te preocupes. El hotel queda pasando un pasillo . La piscina es pequena pero limpia y com muy linda vista al pan de azucar y morros . Tienes banos en la terraza y recepcion. Sabanas de calidad premium, aire acondicionado, camas muy confortables. Tienes que llevar tus toallas o pagar en el Hotel por un juego (febrero2017) $R 5 y si necesitas cambiarlas por unas limpias volver a pagar por las mismas. Se puede dormir muy bien ,sin ruido y sin luz. Aun no tienen tv en los cuartos pero si en una sala comun en la recepcion. El desayuno se sirve en la terraza piso 7 (piso 6 Argentina)y es muy basico: Un rico cafe expreso con un Pan frances,dos tostadas, queso, manteca, mermelada y un jugo artificial. La atencion en general es buena a excepcion de un joven de la recepcion que mira todo el tiempo el celular y ni te saluda...

Super Lage, der Rest ist ausbaufähig

Wir wussten, dass es ein neues Hostel ist und es keinen Aufzug gab. Es war kein Problem, in unser Zimmer im 4. Stock zu gelangen. Der Check-in lief problemlos. Getränke von außerhalb sind nicht erlaubt. Es gibt keine Kochmöglichkeit, wie im Internet angegeben. Es gibt lediglich eine Mikrowelle und einen Kühlschrank. Auf dem Dach befindet sich ein kleiner Pools es ist ganz nett. Die Zimmer sind spartanisch ausgestattet. Es gibt ein sehr großes Bett, einen Nachttisch, eine Klimaanlage, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Das "Frühstück" kann man nicht als solches bezeichnen. Ich war sehr enttäuscht!! Es gab nur Brötchen und Butter. Sowohl der Cappuccino als auch der Kakao aus der Kaffeemaschine war grauenhaft. Am besten ist es, wenn man sich die Brötchen und etwas Butter holt und sich dann im gegenüber gelegenen Supermarkt noch etwas Aufschnitt oder Marmelade holt.

tres bien, bon rapport qualite prix bien place

pas cher, propre, bien situe, plutôt calme, il n'y avait pas grand monde, neuf, piscine sur le toit petite mais bonus et seul bémol le petit déjeuner n'est pas continental juste un café , mais le staff est très sympa et arrangeant Pedro surtout!!
