Great Apartment - Great Location - Great Host

I really can’t say enough about how much my family and I loved our experience at this location. First of all, Paulo is a terrific host. He was incredibly helpful starting long before we ever arrived until we gave him back the keys. A true gentleman who cares about his clients. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all the amenities that you could possibly need. There was even an umbrella for us on the day it rained. The bathrooms are very modern and nicely designed. Especially the showers that make you want to stay in longer than you need. The living area was roomy and comfortable. There are TV’s in every room but also a Blue Tooth speaker for you to play your music. I simply enjoyed opening the window just to watch the city life below. The location couldn’t have been better for us. Right in the middle of life in Leblon, there are countless restaurants, coffee shops, stores, currency exchange , pharmacies, etc., but most importantly you are only two blocks away from the most famous beaches in the world! I heartily recommend this property. I look forward to staying here again one day, and I will recommend to anyone I know who is planning on visiting Rio.

Excelente departamento en la mejor zona de Río de Janeiro

Excelente atención de Paulo desde un principio, muy amable. El departamento muy cómodo, muy bien equipado hasta el mínimo detalle. Nos sentimos realmente como en nuestra casa, moderno, bien cuidado, camas cómodas, ropa blanca en muy buen estado y tuvieron la deferencia de cambiarla a la mitad de nuestra estadía, decoración de buen gusto. Leblon sin lugar a dudas es la mejor zona en cuanto a la seguridad y al ambiente. El departamento esta ubicado a dos cuadras de la playa y en una zona de restaurantes de moda, asi que no teniamos que movernos mucho. La playa cerca del departamento, luego de recorrer otras, es la más tranquila en cuanto a que se puede disfrutar de ella sin temor a que te roben como en otras. Sin duda volvería a parar en el mismo departamento. Gracias Paulo.

O apartamento é super bem localizado, bem montado, com cozinha equipadissima, inclusive adega climatizada para vinhos. O Paulo, proprietario, foi extremamente gentil, atencioso e já estou programando a próxima locação. Recomendo.

Estar no Rio de Janiero já é uma enorme emoção, melhor ainda se poder se hospedar em uma apartamento e se sentir em casa, esta foi minha impressão ao chegar, alem de ser recebida muito bem pelo Sr. Paulo, ele foi muito gentil. O apartamento consegue ficar ainda melhor o conhecendo pessoalmente, ótima localização, o bairro é muito bom e todos são muito gentis, sem mencionar que tudo fica muito perto, restaurantes, mercados, shopping Lebon , Mac, farmácia, ponto de táxi, a praia... O apartamento é impecável, tudo de muito bom gosto, não consegui sentir falta de nada estando la, pois é bem completo. Realmente merece todas as estrelas. Voltarei com certeza mais vezes. Super recomento.

Klasse Wohnung für die Familie

Wir (2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder) waren im Januar 3 Tage Gast bei Paulo, die Kommunikation mit Paulo war Klasse. Er hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und war immer sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten erst Sorge, dass die Übergabe mit dem Appartment nicht klappen würde, aber Paulo hat uns im Taxi schon zugewunken! Das Appartment war Perfekt für uns. Ein Zimmer für die Eltern eines für die Kinder. Die Küche hat alles notwendige (Salz, Peffer Spülmittel und sonstige Dinge sind vorhanden). Alles war sehr sauber. Ein Supermarkt ist um die Ecke und gute Restaurants sind überall. In 5 min. ist man zu Fuß am Strand und ein Taxistand ist vor der Tür. Nur wenn man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel fahren will, ist es etwas weiter. Kann dieses Appartment wirklich sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal an Paulo.

Tivemos dias espetaculares no melhor apartamento do Leblon! Começou com a espetacular atenção do Paulo, que desde os contatos iniciais até o momento da entrega das chaves esteve sempre disponível, muito atencioso e ajudando a preparação da viagem de todo modo possível. Chegando ao apartamento, a surpresa: uma localização de primeira, perto de TUDO e o apartamento é MELHOR ainda do que se vê nas fotos, muito cuidado, espaçoso e todo equipado com o que ha de melhor. Estamos acostumados a alugar casas e este é, de longe, o melhor apartamento que já alugamos! Recomendamos 100% este apartamento, sem sombra de dúvida!
