Tive problema no CheckIn, pois me deram um quarto diferente do que havia reservado, tive que insistir muito Pará finalmente me colocarem no quarto certo, O hotel perdeu um de seus pontos fortes que era a piscina, que foi desativada. Além disso passaram a usar o hotel para festas infantis o que também compromete o clima do hotel.

Pousada aconchegante e com linda vista

A pousada está localizada numa ruazinha estreita e num ponto alto de Santa Teresa. Não tem estacionamento no local, mas é fácil para em frente. A vista é muito linda. O café da manhã é servido na área externa, com uma vista linda do Rio de Janeiro. Em Santa Teresa dá pra fazer tudo a pé ou de bonde, que é um passeio muito gostoso. Os funcionários da pousada são atenciosos e gentis. O quarto que me hospedei era espaçoso e silencioso. Valeu a pena!

Amazing hotel

This hotel is incredible. The rooms were very clean, the staff very attentive. The breakfast was simple but nice. The pool and jacuzzi are great benefits, and the views are simply stunning. We absolutely loved our stay there. It's a bit hard to get to, as you have to go up quite a few steep hills - but we didn't have any issues with taking taxis (only used ubers) and they drove us all the way up. Nice selection of restaurants in the area and a lot of street art around. The wi-fi worked well in the room.

Muy mala decisión.

Muy mala decisión. La empleada de la mañana siempre con cara de ort... No mostró nada del lugar. No nos acercó a la habitación,encima llegamos a la misma y fue una desilusión, sin cable, aire acondicionado ruidoso, baño muy chico, sin vista a la ciudad, sin nada de decoración. A la noche las áreas de uso común, que fue lo único aceptable, se cortaban a las 22.30hs. No importaba si había gente o no, te apagaban las luces y arreglate. La verdad no la pasamos bien. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Quase estragaram minha noite...

Eu entrei em contato com o hotel e pedi para reservar chanpagne para minha estadia afinal era uma noite de comemoração. Apesar do funcionário Fábio ter anotado o gerente não providenciou a compra. Precisei solicitar um delivery de bebida antes que o meu marido chegasse no hotel. Graças ao recepcionista deu tudo certo porém não pretendo retornar.

Ich war während der Olympischen Spiele in diesem Hostel. Das Zimmer war absolut in Ordnung und wurde täglich gereinigt. Duschen und Toiletten waren okay. Sehr nett das Personal. Das Frühstück wird draussen serviert und war sehr gut.

Tolle Oase in der Großstadt!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen - die Zimmer sind geräumig und gemütlich, das Badezimmer und die Toiletten waren extrem sauber und gepflegt. Hinter dem Hostel ist ein großer Garten mit Pool und super Ausblick. Das Hostel ist ausnahmslos zu empfehlen. Auch das Viertel ist super. Der Fußweg bis zur nächsten U-Bahn-Station ist leider 20 Minuten. Ist aber egal bei den günstigen Taxi-Preisen, außerdem hat das Hostel auch einen eigenen Fahrer. Würde sofort wieder hingehen!

Schönes Hotel in relativ zentraler Lage

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht Die Zimmer waren eher klein aber schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Anlage allgemein ist auch sehr schön. Man kann sich auf jeden Fall sehr sicher dort fühlen weil alles gut Überwacht wird. Der Service an der Rezeption ist hervorragend, man bekommt gute Infos und Tipps über Sehenswürdigkeiten in Rio. Der Fahrservice ist eine sinnvolle Einrichtung.

O hotel é lindo. Tem um espaço privilegiado, no meio da natureza, num bairro tradicional do Rio, com vistas deslumbrantes da cidade. Não sou turista, moro no Rio. Aproveitei minha diária grátis! Acho que para os turistas de fora, um carro faz a diferença, pois o local não é de fácil acesso, considerando a ladeira e a distância dos pontos turísticos principais. O transporte público também não é dos melhores por lá. O atendimento foi ótimo, mas a princípio quiseram me cobrar a diária. Depois tudo foi resolvido. O espaço externo é agradável e bem amplo. Quanto ao quarto, embora seja enorme, o cheiro de MOFO estava insuportável e não possui janelas, somente uma porta de varanda, que, após aberta, foi impossível trancar. O local para o café da manhã é uma varanda aberta, mas com o vento do dia em que lá estive, não foi uma experiência muito agradável, pois tudo voava e o café esfriava. Não vi outra opção para dias nublados, com chuva e vento. No geral, gostamos muito.

Hermoso hotel

La parte turistica de Rio es linda y el hotel hermoso pero retirado de todo, los alrededores no son tan bonitos; queda cerca el aeropuerto Santos pero legisimos el aeropuerto internacional Galeo un taxi te cobra minimo 70 Reles hasta ese aeropuerto. Relamente no puedes salir del Hotel a casi ningun lado a pie siempre en taxi por la zona en la que se encuentra ubicado el hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Ruhige Lage im charmanten und künstlerisch angehauchtem Stadtteil Santa Teresa mit toller Aussicht auf Rio. Gute Metroverbindungen ab Glorià (ca. 20 min zu Fuss) zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und den zwei berühmten Stränden Ipanema und Copacabana. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal (sprechen gut Englisch). Als alleinreisende Frau sehr empfehlenswert.
