Péssimo atendimento

Pra começar fizemos reserva de um quarto com café da manhã para 2 e não havia café da manhã na pousada só fomos informadas na hora que descemos para o mesmo, aí a funcionária me passou o numero do dono da pousada para eu resolver, me devolveu um valor absurdo, pousada sem nenhuma informação sobre venda de comida nenhum atrativo à noite o dono da pousada foi lá e destratando os funcionários na frente dos hóspedes falando bastante alto. Único ponto forte e a localização de frente para lagoa perem à noite não dá para sentar no deck pois não há nenhuma iluminação. Nunca mais volto e não recomendo.

Deixou a desejar

A vista da pousada é bonita, a entrada é logo no começo da ilha. Para chegar na pousada é preciso pegar uma balsa, cerca de 300 metros de distância, e cada viagem custa 2 reais por pessoa. O estacionamento fica no continente em um posto de gasolina em frente à balsa. Antecipadamente fomos informados de que a diária do estacionamento seria 15 reais, e quando chegamos, a pousada informou que a diária era 20. Chegamos às 13h40, o quarto não estava pronto, e o horário de checkin informado era 13h. Quando entramos, a limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, o chão ainda estava sujo, e assim ficou durante toda a estadia. O quarto possui ar condicionado. A porta do banheiro não fechava, as toalhas só eram trocadas a cada três dias, mesmo que pedíssemos aos funcionários por uma nova. Camas desconfortáveis e o quarto mal cuidado, com paredes desgastadas. Não fizemos refeições, pois vimos uma cozinha mal cuidada. No checkout, a máquina de cartões estava quebrada, tivemos que atravessar a ilha, sacar dinheiro para efetuar o pagamento do restante da reserva. Funcionários muito educados. A localização é muito legal, porém alguns pontos precisam ser melhorados, como os valores de estacionamento/balsa, comunicação sobre a momentânea falta da máquina de cartões ou que o pagamento do restante da reserva deveria ser em dinheiro, evitando transtornos.
