This beautifully designed 3-bedroom apartment will provide you with the perfect atmosphere for entertaining or relaxation. The thoughtfully laid out living room provides ample space for spending time with family and friends while watching the beautiful sea from Copacabana, while the spacious dining room is ideal for enjoying o great sounds of the ocean. The kitchen area provides plenty of counter and storage space, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals with ease. You'll also enjoy the convenience of four and a half bathrooms, providing ample amenities for all to enjoy.
Guest Access:
You can find the Copacabana apartment on Av. Atlântica, 3502 - Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro - RJ, 22070-001, Brazil and using the door code sent.
The Neighborhood:
Supermarket, Pharmacy, Banks and Laundry on the neighborhood.
All the best to enjoy the Rio, whether on vacation or business.
Getting Around:
Buses and taxis at the street corner, and the subway is a 5-minute walk away.
Other Things to Note:
Must be 25 and older.
Must provide Photo I.D to complete reservation.
Please throw the toilet paper in the trash, DO NOT FLUSH! Toilets in Brazil are not made to flush paper.
Please be aware there are cameras at the front and rear of the house. Security will confirm amount of people entering the home at all times. If the number of guests exceed the amount that was listed on your reservation, Your reservation will be canceled immediately and you will NOT receive a refund.
HOUSE LEFT IN DISARRAY (additional) - $70
Any parties that are held under reservation you will be charged $1000
You will be charged $20 for each stained, damaged or missing towel
If there are any damages to any electronic devices, You will be charged the full amount of cost to replace those devices.
