Péssimo experiência

Péssimo hotel, não tem nada que se apresenta nas fotos! Quarto com paredes sujas, cama parecia que tinha pulgas, luz hora tinha hora não tinha, internet não funciona direito, atendimento péssimo, uma experiência horrível, não voltarei e nem recomendo a ninguém, fora o cheiro de cigarro no corredor.

Detalhes farão a diferença, como oferecer sucos naturais no suspender e não em jarra; fazer manutenção no box do 306, colocando uma saboneteira, evitar deixar material de arrumação nas escadas... O hotel é simpático e os funcionários gentis, o problema está na estrutura...

The breakfast is excellent. But, if your not Brazilian, don't drink the coffee, as they use tap water to make it. Another negative factor is that fact that they don't change the bed's flat sheet. I don't even think they changed it between the previous guest and me. Also, if you need WiFi, ask to be on the second floor. Any higher up, and you won't get enough signal. Other than that, very attentive and friendly staff. Worth the low price/excellent location. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great value but at a cost

You cannot beat the price for Flamengo. The A/C is great. The old style keys you have to leave at reception need to go. You can hear people clanking the keys all night. Needs a refresh and a bit more international friendly staff.

Foi o mais fraco dos hotéis do RJ. Localização muito boa. O ar condicionado estava com defeito. Tremendo calor. Quarto bem pequeno, roupa de cama não bem lavada. Colchão mais ou menos, travesseiros péssimos. Banheiro apesar de pequeno estava limpo. Café da manhã muito fraco.
