The staff were friendly. The rooms are very bare bones. It served it purpose but if you want creature comforts or comfort, this really isn’t the hotel. If you need a hotel to sleep and is pretty centrally located, this is it.

It was ok, it’s a historic hotel, with some small problems, but is clean, with confort, with a simple but ok brakfast and people with nice behaviour. The location is good, with metro station at door and a beautiful Museum and Park in front.

First of all the location is great and it felt safe. The room was underwhelming but I settled because of the location and safety. The hotel staff gave me a hard time about extra towels. There was 3 people in my room we each needed towels. They finally gave us the necessary towels which were stained and rugged. So was the bedding. The room was runned down and we were bit by ticks and bed bugs. We showed the staff all they did was change the bedding to one bed! I ended up leaving early because we had bite marks everywhere. This hotel has the potential to be great. An unused courtyard, great and great location. Staff was not friendly at all especially the cleaning staff they were the rudest in particular an older lady that runs both housekeeping and the breakfast area. Breakfast was pretty bad, the coffee was good and so was the fruit. Otherwise they need an update on this as well.

Cheguei antes do horário,do Check in um funcionário me dsisse que eu poderia guardar as malas no guarda volume,me entregou a chave e me mostrou onde era o guarda volume,eu mesma guardei as malas,não colocaram nenhuma identificação e o funcionário da recepção não levantou para nada em momento algum para ajudar ou guardar as malas.Quando perguntei onde era o banheiro ele disse onde ficava,mas não explicou que o banheiro era no estacionamento do hotel na parte de fora.Não tinha roupa de cama suficiente e nem tapete de chão para o banheiro,tivemos que solicitar e deram um pedaço de toalha velha para colocar no chão do banheiro e nos entregaram o restante das roupas de cama que estava faltando.O telefone do quarto funcionava muito tínhamos que ligar várias vezes e falar quase gritando para ser atendida! Os travesseiros eram duros e muito finos,com fronhas encardidas.Papel higiênico de péssima qualidade. Mas o quarto estava bem limpo,o café da manhã foi bom e o hotel tem uma ótima localização.

Cafe da manha tinha opcoes de dois paes, bolos, torta, frios, gelatina e duas opções de frutas. Café, leite, achocolatado e sucos. Quarto aconchegante, limpo, equipe de funcionários do cafe e que cuidam da limpeza do quarto, sao muito educados. Hotel tem uma otima localização, conheci bastante pontos turísticos, me locomovi facil de uber, tem muito mercado, farmacia, restaurantes e comercio e sem contar que tem metro na mesma calcada. Muito bem movimentado e policiamento. Unica coisa que deixou a desejar, foi que no anúncio havia lanvanderia, porem eles nao tem esse servico.

A estrutura física das acomodações beira a precariedade, o que compromete a limpeza e o conforto. Os funcionários se esforçam para compensar a deficiência infraestrutural, e são gentis e atenciosos. O café da manhã frugal, em ambiente acanhado, fica a dever a outros hotéis da mesma categoria. As acomodações que conheci, possuem aparelhos de ar condicionado controlado pela recepção, logo o conforto térmico fica comprometido.

Meu quarto não tinha nada a ver com as fotos. Parecia mais um cativeiro. Tudo antigo e bem feio, a limpeza deixava a desejar e o ralo do banheiro exalava um cheiro ruim. A fronha do meu travesseiro estava suja e usada, mas a cama era confortável. O chuveiro era a única coisa boa do banheiro. O ar gelava direitinho e o frigobar TB. O café da manhã é bem fraco. Tem estacionamento e a localização é excelente.

Sem uma reforma, não tem condições.

O hotel está super decadente, com instalações improvisadas, nenhum conforto, utensilios velhos, chuveiro ruim (demora muito para esquentar e ao ligar saiu agua suja), tampa de vaso sanitário quebrada e vaso encardido. O café da manhã é muito simples e sempre a mesma coisa. Com relacao à limpeza, por mais que os/as funcionarios/as se esforcem, não há como paracer estar limpo, pois o predio em sí parece encardido.

Péssima Experiência

Tivemos que trocar de quarto porque, logo que fizemos o check-in, disponibilizaram um quarto sujo cheio de cabelo no ralo do banheiro. Não disponibilizam tapete no banheiro, não tem box de vidro, sendo apenas uma cortina plástica, não disponibilizam coberta, não disponibilizam toalha de rosto. Quarto sujo e roupa de cama de baixa qualidade que parece não ter sido higienizada. Café da manhã bom em comparação com o nível do hotel.

Diarias razoável em razão do quarto. Que ficava no térreo e bem proximo a uma escada e garagem. As funcionárias do local ficavam sentadas ali e batendo papo e fumando, o barulho encomodando. Quarto pequeno em relação ao anúncio que diria pra 3 camas e só teve casal.

Minha estadia no Hotel Riazor foi muito tranquila, viajei sozinha e o hotel cumpre com o que promete, o único ponto a melhorar seria o café da manhã que poderia ter mais variedade mas tirando isso, tudo excelente e tranquilo, a localização também é o maior destaque do hotel.

Só gostei mesmo da localização, pois tinha tudo perto. É um hotel para dormir e tomar um banho. Mas o café muito ruim, não tinha um ovo? Isso é muito pouco. Mas enfim, pelo preço também né, não dá pra exigir muito. A recepção não era nada agradável, apenas um rapaz da noite. Mas uma moça e outro homem de dia, nossa! Super antipáticos.
