The property looks pretty old but it’s ok staff was nice breakfast is the same thing every day they should change it. I read some reviews that said that there is no hot water but there was overall I can’t complain.

Mi experiencia vivida durante mi estadía en su hotel, lamentablemente, el servicio recibido estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado: La habitación nunca fue limpiada durante mi permanencia. La caja fuerte se encontraba dañada e inutilizable. Las instalaciones de la habitación eran antiguas y poco confortables. El desayuno fue repetitivo, exactamente el mismo todos los días. En cuanto a la piscina, se nos informó que el horario de uso era hasta las 20h30; sin embargo, a las 19h00 apagaron las luces sin previo aviso. Al día siguiente, al exigir una explicación, nos indicaron que se encontraba cerrada por mantenimiento, lo cual no fue comunicado oportunamente. Todos estos inconvenientes generaron una experiencia insatisfactoria y decepcionante, conociendo que son un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Hotel sem Wi-fi

O Hotel não tem Wi-Fi. No anúncio diz que tem mas não tem. Dizem que estão fazendo uma manutenção. Mas eu fiquei lá 3 dias sem Wi-Fi. O hotel estava lotado, não tinha vaga no estacionamento, você tem morrer em 140 reais/ dia no particular. O café da manhã é um caos, um monte de gente, muita fila, você desanima de tomar café. De resto a estrutura geral do hotel é boa e os funcionários são educados e prestativos.

Infelizmente não tive uma boa estadia. No primeiro momento fui muito mal atendido na recepção, o recepcionista não mostrava interesse e nem vontade de atender o cliente. Dormi em um quarto com cheiro de mofo e super sujo. Parece que nunca havia passado pano de baixo da cama. Café da manhã estava bom, porém não tinha mesas e pegamos uma fila de meia hora. Referente ao café, quando estiver com o hotel cheio, coloque mais mão de obra ou divide 2 horários. Trabalho a 22 anos com atendimento direto com o cliente, nunca tinha visto uma equipe de recepcionistas tão despreparados. O que salvou minha estadia com a família, foi o atendimento espetacular do mensageiro Carlos. Acho que ele está no lugar errado, pois o rapaz foi super atencioso e simpático do começo ao fim da minha estadia.

Hotel Atlântico Star

A experiência foi boa, porém, o café da manhã oferece o mesmo cardápio todos os dias, variando somente nos pães doces, o que torna enjoativo quando se fala de 7 dias, rsrsrsrs, e a piscina não é aquecida, então no periodo do meses mais frio não tem como aproveitar e você não pode levar bebidas ou comidas no terraço, ficando a merce de consumir lá. O Hotel está bem localizado, tem mercado, farmácias, lojas, restaurantes, sorveteria tudo próximo, dá uns 5 minutos até a praia de Copacabana e uns 10 da praia do leme e uns 15min da praia da Urca e do bondinho, andando a pé. Para ir no Shopping Rio Sul é só passar pelo túnel, fica a uns 5 minutos a pé também. Vale a pena!
