One of the rooms we got was not cleaned before giving it to us. The sheets and the towels were stained and the air conditioner was very noisy. The staff did not wanted to change our room, they made us have a really hard time.

I booked a double single bed and they put me in a bedroom just beside the kitchen area with two beds. The air conditioner was noisy and water from taps was leaking. Next day I changed the room to 9th floor with very poor internet connection and another noisy air conditioner… I kept this room anyways.

Bem razoável. Quarto sem janela com muito cheiro de mofo, muito fedido. Chegou pingar água na cabeca da minha amiga, devido a umidade do mofo. Cafe da manhã bem razoável, suco parecia de pacote. Pra guardar a mala até o Check-in cobraram 5 reais.

Me hospedaram no quarto 218 que dá fundos para rua Mem de Sá. Um barulho inferna não consegui dormirl. As janelas são trancadas. Parede suja. Travesseiro fino, minha cabeça ficou direto na cama. Atendentes burocráticos e sem empatia.Nao recomendo este hotel. Pois nada resolvem. O café da manhã não e bom. O quarto estava cheirando a mofo. Não vi a hora da estadia acabar. Caso você chegue antes do horário do check- in e desejar deixar suas coisas na recepção tem que pagar. A única coisa boa cama e chuveiro

O hotel deve ter sido adquirido recentemente porque ainda está com o nome de Pouso Real. Não é de todo ruim, mas também não dá para classificar como bom. Fiquei duas diárias e não houve limpeza no quarto. Os móveis bem antigo. Tv não é smart, estacionamente caro, café da manhã bem simples e repetitivo. Chuveiro bem mais ou menos. Sem isolamento acústico. Cama mole demais e roupa de cama e toalhas velhas. Atendimento dos funcionários foi bom. Dá para ficar poucas noites apenas ese a pessoa for curtir mais as atrações. Períodos longos não rolam.

O atendimento é excelente! Destaque para as moças da limpeza e os rapazes da recepção, pois são atenciosos e solícitos. Entretanto, a estrutura dos quartos ainda pode melhorar. O banheiro do quarto 407, por vezes cheirava mal devido ao retorno de esgoto, cujo cheiro vinha pelo ralo. O ar condicionado necessita de limpeza periódica, apesar de ser de modelo novo, o mesmo carecia de limpeza, estava bastante sujo, podendo causar problemas envolvendo doenças respiratórias, como rinites alérgicas. O ponto forte do hotel é sem dúvidas o café da manhã, que é completo, não deixa a desejar em nada. Minha conclusão é pragmática, pois já fiquei hospedado no hotel por 3 vezes. Se você quer curtir a estrutura, ficar mais no hotel do que fora, não vale a pena. Mas se você quiser só uma hospedagem para dormir e descansar dos passeios, é uma boa alternativa. O hotel tem potencial, poderia ser melhor.
