Very nice hotel

The hotel itself is fairly good. The location doesn't look nice at all. I do feel sorry for them. It is not a dangerous area, but it looks really bad

Começarei pontuando que os funcionários do hotel são mal educados, a maioria nos tratam com antipatia, falta profissionalismo para lidar com os clientes. Principalmente a funcionária Elida que supervisiona o café da manhã, totalmente invasiva ao abordar o cliente. Quando cheguei ao hotel paguei uma taxa para dois dias de café da manhã, visto que não tinha solicitado na reserva… No momento do café ela veio questionar se eu havia pago, insinuando que eu não poderia tomar o café pelo qual eu paguei! Gerou-me um certo constrangimento sem necessidade! Quanto ao quarto, o ar condicionado é ruim, a cama é dura e o banheiro estava com vazamento. A localização do hotel é tenebrosa, ambiente insalubre, moradores de rua por toda parte, muitos usuários de drogas, me senti na Cracolândia! Tive que ficar em alerta sempre ao entrar e sair do hotel, o tempo todo com preocupações! Elevador também é PÉSSIMO! Lento, barulhento, escuro, apertado e velho! Tomei um susto ao usar pela primeira vez, além de ser barulhento, ele treme, senti que iria cair a qualquer momento. Recepção sem segurança alguma, sem fiscalização decente, qualquer um consegue entrar e prejudicar os hóspedes facilmente. Não volto e nem recomendo para ninguém! Melhorem!

O quarto estava limpo, o ar condicionado funcionava muito bem. Haviam toalhas limpas e cheiro bom. O frigobar estava vazio, não havia nem água para comprar, precisando descer até o restaurante pra comprar água. Uma boa opção, e perto de um polo cultural da noite, a Pedra do Sal.

A pior esperiência em hospedagem da minha vida.

Foi a pior esperiencia que já tive na minha vida. Paguei por 4 diárias, utilizei apenas na noite que cheguei porque era um quarto de motel com rouparia super gasta e encardida, colchão emborrachado e duríssimo, mobiliário antigo e com aspecto nojento. Fiz chekin na noite do dia 03/12 e fiz chekaut na manhã do dia 04/12, eram 4 diárias e não me reembolsaram nenhum valor. Tenho 52 anos e essa foi a pior esperiência de hospedagem da minha vida.

De qualidade, recomendo

Gostei bastante, é confortável. Ainda mais pra região do centro do Rio de janeiro esse hotel tem boa qualidade em relação aos outros da região. Iria novamente. Única coisa que senti falta foi secador de cabelo, (ferro de passar tinha, só pedir na recepção), e guarda roupas. No meu quarto tinha sauna, banheira mas não tinha guarda roupa. Pra minha viagem era legal só o básico, não precisava de banheira kk No mais recomendo

Local péssimo e perigoso. Parece a Cracolândia, estacionamento não e do hotel e fica a 100 metros mas que pareceu um km no local perigoso, não recomendo,embora o preço seja bom o risco é muito grande

Com relação a limpeza, ao café da manhã e a recepção, foi tudo perfeito. Houve um contratempo nos primeiros dias com a água, no período da manhã faltava, mas no terceiro dia foi arrumado. Esse foi o único contratempo que tive, de resto foi ótimo, a recepção é 24h, então pude passear sem me preocupar com a hora.

Local péssimo e sem segurança

Pior hotel que já fui ao Rio de Janeiro, falta de segurança ao entra não perguntam se está hospedado, os corredores fedendo a mofo inclusive o quarto, não tem cobertas nem guarda roupa, cama dura e lençol sujo, inclusive aparenta ser um quarto de motel, televisão não pegava e não teve serviço de quarto não recomendo esse hotel péssima qualidade pelo valor pago
