Superou minhas expectativas! A começar pela localização. Praia em frente é perfeita! Não é cheia! O prédio tem muita segurança, funcionários educados e o proprietário sempre nos respondia, a qualquer dúvida que tivemos! Apartamento bem limpo e organizado, ar condicionado funcionando. Tem um supermercado 24hs, ótimo, ao lado da recepção. Com um bom espaço para refeições diurnas ou noturnas. Possui alguns quiosques e restaurantes, ao longo da orla da praia. Voltarei mais vezes, com certeza!

Quarto sem manutenção, colchoes velhos, cozinha suja, sem serviço de quarto, nem sequer reposição de papel higienico. Tudo era necessario ligar ao proprietario. Afinal isto e um FLAT ou e um Air B&B ??? Lamentavel a Expedia nao ter atenção a estes detalhes e vincular sua marca a este tipo de agenciamento.

El estableciemiento en gral es bueno, linda pileta, gimnasio y mucha seguridad. El dpto bastante bien, cama muy comoda, aire en todos los ambientes. Lo mejor de todo es el supermercado que está en la entrada, ya que hay otro cerca. No hay restaurantes cercas, tampoco hay negocio, pero te tomas un uber y en 10 minutos estas en el shopping o en la zona de los restaurantes.. Esta ubicado en el puesto 6, acá la playa es tranquila no hay mucha gente.

Ótima localização, mas ..... Quarto sujo (cabelos no chão), fogão sujo (gordura), pratos e talheres deixam a desejar (quantidade e qualidade), tem apenas 1 panela (não tem frigideira ou qualquer outra vasilha pra esquentar alguma coisa).

Excelente custo benefício

Excelente custo benefício. Prédio de fronte a praia (próximo ao posto 6), com ótima infraestrutura. Piscina, sauna, academia, restaurante, estacionamento, wi-fi, inclusive, conta com um mercado 24h ao lado (Zona Sul) que serve refeições. Valeu a pena.

Apartamento não condizente com o anunciado

A estadia foi ótima. O apartamento é bem localizado e logo abaixo tem um supermercado, o que facilita muito. O que não gostei foi com relação ao apartamento. Independente da limpeza, o apartamento anunciado não tinha nada a ver com o entregue. Qualidade de conservação bem inferior. Me senti enganado por esse lado. Outra coisa que não tinha ficado claro foi p pagamento. 100% em dinheiro ou 50% dinheiro e 50 em débito. Todo lugar hoje aceita crédito. Tirando isso ocorreu tudo bem.

Apartamentos que não são de um hotel.

Problema 1 - Ficamos no quarto 838 e 335, na reserva do Hoteis.com dizia-se que podia alterá-la até o dia 7 de setembro, a partir dessa data, seria cobrado 50% do valor da diária. Fomos alterar a reserva do quarto 335 e o administrador não permitiu, era previsto chegar no dia 21/09, os hóspedes chegaram dia 23 às 2 da manhã, e não foi concedido o desconto de 50% na primeira diária, fato que tentávamos alterar há dias. Problema 2 - Fizemos o pagamento de sinal no momento da reserva dos quartos 838 e 335. Na véspera do check in o proprietário avisou que a segunda parcela só aceitaria em dinheiro. Porém quando fizemos o check in do quarto 838 no dia 21/09 à tarde, quem nos recebeu informou que cartão de débito era aceito e assim pagamos. Avisamos aos hóspedes (nossos amigos) que chegariam para o quarto 335 que cartões de débito eram aceitos. Quando eles chegaram, na recepção não aceitaram cartão de débito, eram duas horas da manhã, ligaram à administradora e ela disse para não deixá-los entrar e não autorizou passar na maquininha do hotel. Foi a maior falta de hospitalidade que vi em toda minha vida, metade da estadia já estava paga e não deixaram eles sacarem dinheiro de manhã. Somos paulistanos, não nos sentimos seguros de andar ou tirar dinheiro em caixas eletrônicos no RJ (era dia de tiroteio na Rocinha, enfim), especialmente às duas da manhã. Estes apartamentos não deveriam estar sendo alugados por centrais de reservas de hotel, pois não se comportam como tal.
