  • Conjugate apartment, sleeps 4 people being a double bed and a sofa bed. A bathroom and full kitchen. Air conditioning, cable TV, Wi Fi, all furnished. 24 hour concierge with security cameras, all for your convenience and satisfaction with all that the most charming neighborhood of southern Rio de Janeiro has to offer. Close to the best restaurants and bars, cinema, theater, Ipanema beach (5minutes), Ipanema and Arpoados beaches, Arpoador stone to take beautiful photos of Ipanema and Leblon beaches and Morro Dois Irmãos. Close to Copacabana and Ipanema shopping centers, Shopping Cassino Atlântico where you will find the most sophisticated antique stores. In post 6 we have the Fort Copacabana, with beautiful views of all Copacabana and Leme. In addition to the Museum is in the Fort, the Colombo Confectionery where you can taste the famous snacks, breakfast and lunch. Very close to the Statues of our poet Carlos Drummond de Andrade and our most famous composers, Caymmi and Tom Jobim.

Yes, the host was very welcoming. Communication was great throughout. The apartment is located in a good spot near lots of food places, the police station, and a shopping center across the street, which has a laundry. The beach was only a couple of blocks away. There was so much to do in the area, and I had no issues getting an Uber right in front of the building. My only issue was the bugs.

L'hôte est très accueillante et répond hyper rapidement. Les problèmes rencontrés lors de la location sont les suivants : présence de Cafards, nettoyage à revoir, cuisine trop petite, l'eau n'était pas suffisamment chaude, les éléments de cuisine électroménager avaient du mal à fonctionner surtout le micro-ondes une fois branché, il y avait toujours un faux contact et il fallait torsader le fil pour que le micro-ondes fonctionne et que nous puissions manger. Malgré ça nous avons passé un bon séjour, mais il faut revoir la propreté et il faudrait nettoyer davantage entre les clients. Pour une tranquillité, vous pouvez aller dans une favelas car avec ses fenêtres en simple vitrage, vous allez entendre les bruits des voitures, des hélicoptères et les klaxons. Les rideaux ne sont pas occultant, la lumière passe et il n'y a pas de volet si vous voulez dormir jusqu'à pas d'heure. Les placards ne sont pas faits pour une longue période, nous avons dû laisser nos vêtements dans les valises, ce qui était très dérangeant. La télé fonctionnait mais devait être cassée car il y avait des points blancs.

La comunicación Sonia fue muy buena, ella es muy amable. El lugar es muy pequeño pero tiene lo necesario, lamentablemente la limpieza es pesima, esta infestado de cucarachas, los colchones muy incómodos y la ropa de cama de muy mala calidad. La ubicación es muy céntrica.

Habían muchas cucharas inclusive con el repelente que nos dio la propietaria no se iban. El sofa no es cómodo para dos personas y el lugar no estaba realmente limpio. La cocina es muy muy pequeña pero la ubicación del edificio es bastante buena para hacer actividades y seguro.

Viajei a turismo e para ir em um show no rio, a Sônia foi muito prestativa desde a confirmação da reserva até o checkout. Foi muito solicita a alguns pedidos. Localização ótima, perto de metrô, praia e ponto de ônibus. Única coisa que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza, o apartamento estava um pouco empoeirado, mas as toalhas e roupas de cama estavam bem limpas. No geral gostamos muito e aproveitamos nossa estadia.
