Linens were stained, room needs to an upgrade. Bathroom and kitchen needs to be remolded. View and location is great !! But they need to remodel ASAP.

Right on Copacabana beach!! Amazing location, easily walkable, several grocery stores nearby, felt comfortable walking around at night. Stayed here with kids. These units are in an apartment building, with a security gate and 24-hour desk at the front door. Very kind and lovely man at the front desk; he didn’t speak English and we didn’t speak Portuguese, but we communicated just fine and he was very sweet. The room: had an incredible view of the beach (ocean view)!! A/C did not work very well, room was always hot and muggy. Kitchenette: 2-burner gas (!!) stove, tiny sink, small selection of dishes. Sink leaked onto kitchen floor. Bathroom: tiny, but got the job done. Had to buy our own bath mat. Beds: sheets and pillows didn’t seem clean; we were only there a couple days and didn’t bother to mention it; the room was so inexpensive we figured all you’re paying for is the view. Wifi worked well.

O apartamento é bem antigo e com pouco conforto, mas a vista é lindíssima. A cozinha é mini e está disponível apenas um frigobar. A localização e a praticidade foram a melhor parte, porque as chaves ficam com o porteiro e se está perto de tudo.

Custo beneficio até bom, porque da localização, mais é simples, não tem luxo, fomos em 4 amigos, foi pra farra, entao deu pra ficar legal. A foto não tem nada haver com o lugar, a cozinha é mínima.

No geral a estadia foi muito boa, porém havia demora na comunicação e isso é um ponto ruim, poderiam ter mais utensílios domésticos, tipo xícaras para café, tinha umas mini xícaras q era mais pra enfeite do que para tomar realmente café, perguntei a e disponibilizavam xícaras de tamanho maior e não depuseram, poderia haver mais tapetes de chão, pois só tinha 1 para o banheiro, sendo q o banheiro enxarca, então uma maior quantidade de panos tbm seria muito bom, no mais é isso. Hospedagem MT boa!

O apartamento foi muito bom limpeza muito boa. Já a comunicação muito deficiente. Roupa de cama deveria ser avisado na descrição que paga mais para troca de roupa de cama. Cozinha apenas 5 pratos estávamos em 6, faca para corte na cozinha não tem nenhuma, xícara tinha 4 nós estávamos em 6 pessoas.. deveriam explicar melhor, na descrição para o viajante levar as coisas pelo menos. Faltou um microondas com certeza... Chuveiro estava quente
