The hotel left much to be desired. During the five days I stayed there, only one of the 3 lifts was working, which meant it was sometimes impossible to go up or down. It took me 6 minutes to go from the ground floor to the 11th floor. The bedsheet was torn. There was a hole in the bathroom wall where the tile finishing was missing. The air conditioning temperature control didn't work, causing the room to be very cold and giving me a sore throat. They mistakenly charged for a water bottle in the room. With the lifts broken, I had to take the stairs twice. There were several trays, dishes, jugs, and litter in the emergency stairs, which by law should always be clear. I reported this one night. The next day, the garbage was still there. I mentioned it again, and if you doubt it, the litter is probably still there. Overall, the breakfast is good, and they vary the hot items daily. Twice, the scrambled eggs were full of eggshells.

I enjoy using Expedia for my travel leisure. However, this particular venue was the most horrible venue I’ve ever stayed at, and I was utterly shocked by the room as it was noted as an upgrade. I had to mention that I was supposed to receive an upgrade, and then the front clerk upgraded me not as a means of “you have been upgraded” because of the status of my relationship with Expedia. The room was small, it was not clean, it had ants, the air had mold, which caused me to become sick, and I was ill for at least two days trying to recover. The bathroom had mold in the shower. The sink was clogged with hair in the sink, and the air was not flowing inside the bathroom for ventilation. There was mold on the walls and the views were of an alley. The only positive thing that came of this trip was that one or two front desk clerks were very friendly and helped me navigate finding some excursions, and one glimpse of a view of the Christ redeemer. Overall, I will coin this trip to be my worst experience of booking with Expedia. If you need evidence or pictures regarding these allegations, please advise where I can submit them for review.

Property is conveniently located near shopping areas, restaurants, and walking distance to the beach. Was very quiet and peaceful when I was ready to rest from Carnival. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was not very tasty so I just had scrambled eggs and fruit with water each day of my stay. They did have a variety of pastries but I do not eat many sweets.

Hotel pulito, ottima colazione, unica pecca il wifi nella stanza non funzionava bene. Ho avvisato ma il problema non è stato risolto. Piscina un pò piccola, ristorante buono ma c'è di meglio in zona a prezzi più convenienti. Un pò caro l'hotel rispetto ai servizi offerti e al costo della vita del posto. Comunque sono stato bene, posso consigliarlo.
