Located just 4 minutes from the iconic Ipanema beach, this apartment is surrounded by the best restaurants, markets and stores in the area. In addition, the General Osório Metro Station is just a 4-minute walk away, ensuring easy access to explore the rest of the city.

In order for everything to run smoothly, we ask you to pay attention to some of the house rules and notices:



The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, but if you wish, you can leave it here at our office.



No noise is allowed after 10pm (Silence Law).



The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided may not enter the building.



Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.



Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or bathing suits.



When you leave the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. Failure to do so may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.



We check in from 3pm and check out before 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability.



For each booking we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid for separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit.



Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are only provided at the beginning of your stay and are not replenished.



All guests must send their ID at least 24 hours before arrival.

Excelente apartamento, silencioso y cómodo, con ubicación excepcional

El balcón es muy cómodo y con vista a una hermosa calle muy transitada. La proximidad con la playa y el mar es muy destacable. Y la habitación está alejada de la calle, lo que la hace muy silenciosa. La experiencia fue excelente. Podrían hacer más fácil el sistema de ingreso al edificio y al apartamento. Si bien no tuvimos problemas graves, sin embargo fue difícil comprender el sistema de ingreso, y luego nos dejaron solamente una llave dentro del apartemento (cuando éramos dos personas), lo que ocasionó alguna incomodidad ya que debíamos entrar y salir juntos.
