"The staff was extremely courteous, very helpful and even helped me obtain tickets to the carnival parade and change when I didn’t have any. The staff is actually the family and owners and they were very welcoming, courteous kind, and warm. They also helped me make friends with a pair of girls that were staying in the same facility and it was really fun."
