"The view from our room and the common area was amazing with mountains, river, trains. The bed was soft and super comfy. Room was very clean. Only a 5 min drive to the downtown with many dining and shopping options. The only thing we didn't like was needing a key to exit the property at night, I can see needing a key to enter but needing a key to exit seemed like it could be a safety issue in an emergency."

"The staff here are so kind and helpful! They let us store our bags on the day of checkout, helped us plan our activities and lookup pricing, and let us extend our stay by one more day. The room was gorgeous with a double balcony and an incredible view of the mountains. The complimentary breakfast was great as well. There’s a direct bus to interlaken as well as a train. I would highly recommend this place when traveling to interlaken!"

"We enjoyed the room. We got the river view. The staff was accommodating in checking us in early when we arrived around noon. Originally, we had booked the Mountain View, but later decided tinge the the river room and they were flexible in letting us change. The hotel is a six minute easy walk from the train station. The rooms are nice and modern. The staff was friendly and gave us cold water bottles when we checked out. Great location. We did not have breakfast so can’t comment on that. "
