Maison familiale indépendante entouré d'un terrain semi-clos de 3000 m2. Situé dans le Lot au cœur d'une région calme et à proximité des grands sites touristiques (Martel, Loubressac...)

Grande Maison décorée avec gout pour 8 personnes, qui vous fera passer d'agréables moments dans la région.

En RDC, 3 chambres ( 2 lits double et 1 lits simple) salle de bain, wc séparé, grand salon-cuisine ouverte donnant sur une grande terrasse.
A l'étage, grande mezzanine composée de 3 lits simple, idéale pour les enfants grande salle de jeu.

Grande terrasse équipée d'un barbecue et brasero, grand jardin.

Location de vélos électriques possible.

Forfait ménage en supplément et obligatoire.
