"Was very pleased to have adjoining rooms for my family. Very helpful at the front desk. Quiet location and near to Glenwood Hot Springs. We could walk there. Can also walk to downtown Glenwood Springs. Air conditioning worked well and the room was clean. Will plan to stay here when we come next year."

"Not worth the additional cost we paid to stay here. There were cheaper options in the area and I regret not going with something else. It was so dirty- the elevator, hallways, stairwell, and the room. My child’s feet were black on the bottom from walking around the room for less than 30 minutes. I get we’re in a hotel, but my goodness that shouldn’t be the case. My husband found a couple pieces of dog food in the corner of the bathroom. This was not from us. The pool area was pretty rundown, but usable. Breakfast was fine- nothing incredible but since this is a dog-friendly hotel, people were bringing their dogs into the breakfast area which was a bit gross. Overall, we wouldn’t stay here again and would advise others to avoid too. Truly just not impressed at all."
