"Staff were excellent"

"Staff were awesome, helpful and accommodating. The remodel will be an improvement once completed. It’s so fresh and airy."

"The staff is friendly and check in was easy. The renovated rooms are nice and I felt like they were clean. There was some wear and tear on some of the furniture. There was a coffee maker but no water to use in it. No vending machines on the floors to buy water. The breakfast however was awful. No juices, sausage was totally out. There were biscuits but no butter. Potatoes were not good. There was some kids yogurt and some cereal.. A gallon of milk. Needless to say, we didn't eat it and we left. Worst breakfast I have had in a hotel ever. So we paid 30 bucks to get breakfast somewhere else. Luckily, we were only there a night. The elevator needed major cosmetic work. The outside of it had paint peeling off. There is a lot easy maintenance that could go on but hasn't. Didn't use the pool so unsure how that area was. Overall it was ok but alot of money for what we got. Wont book again. "

"The host, Bill, was very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the property and my 2 little Yorkies loved running in the fenced in backyard.I would highly recommend this rental."

"There were cockroaches, The kitchen utensils were dirty, it was hard to get ahold of the host. The door lock malfunctioned. The unit is a block away from the airport. I checked out 3/27 and paid til the 31st and still waiting for a refund from the days I was not there"
