"THE GOOD PART: My room was clean, and the bathroom was VERY clean. The host is absolutely nailed that part. EVERYTHING ELSE: Not the best experience… This place is a very large house, with over a dozen bedrooms that are all numbered like hotel rooms. It is located inside of an extremely upscale gated community resort. This resort obviously had a lot of HOA rules, as evidenced by the various parking and garbage rules that I was sent in my agreement to stay there. That is understandable, but it also felt like I didn’t belong there. Any gated community that is so upscale and expensive would probably have rules against renting out houses like this to multiple guests passing through. That was super weird. The parking situation was abysmal. They had painted a series of parking spaces into the cement, which included a sideways parking space that blocked the other cars. It was hard to get out of the house the next morning due to being blocked by another person‘s car. Next came the long list of house rules. I can understand the need to have them, but would it kill the hosts to say please? Instead of saying “DO NOT…”, how about saying “Please refrain from…” I also received them multiple times via emails and texts. Redundant. The bedroom doors were also super thin and cheap, and although they did lock, they could easily be kicked through. Not very safe. Lastly, I was forced to upload a picture of my driver’s license to check in. Not cool. Would not stay again or recommend."

"Exceptional house; everything was clean, thoughtful, well-maintained and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless, comfortable and well-appointed; plenty of lamps and light. Pool and hot tub were A-plus; kitchen was well-equipped. Instructions were clear and simple. Communication excellent. Recommend this rental for worry-free accommodation. Would book again tomorrow. "

"This is a big, beautiful house! We invited kids and their families and we all had room and loved our accomodations! The pool and hot tub were a big hit with all- some great times swimming and also socializing in the hot tub. The game room with slide and all was a huge hit with the kids, who disappeared into it for fun times. The Baby Yoda bed was a HUGE hit with my grandson, who felt like he hit the jackpot! All the rooms were lovely, very clean, and comfortable! We'd love to go back again!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was awesome — very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Everything was in great condition, and it was clear that the property is taken care of thoughtfully.The management team was also prompt and responsive whenever we had questions or concerns, which we truly appreciated and which made our stay smooth and comfortable.The only area for improvement would be the availability of basic supplies. For guests traveling on vacation — especially those driving long distances or flying in from thousands of miles away — it would be extremely helpful to have essential items such as adequate towels, bath tissue, hand soap, and basic bath/shower supplies readily available. After paying a significant amount for a stay, having to immediately shop for basic necessities can be inconvenient.Overall, it was a great experience, and with a few added essentials, it would be absolutely perfect."

"My stay at this amazing home was perfect. It comfortably accommodated a large portion of my family who came into town for a funeral, and everything was exactly as pictured. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed.The host was extremely responsive and provided immediate attention whenever I needed anything, which made the experience even better during a difficult time.I’m already looking forward to rebooking and planning a future family reunion at one of their properties.⸻"

"I would have to say this was one of the most disappointing stays we have had at a property. We travel as a large group every year and stayed at this same resort the prior year. The property and resort quality have diminished considerably.On this stay we had numerous issues. First, there were multiple rooms upstairs with large black and red ants and other bugs, including the large bunk bed room, theater, and one of the king bed rooms. This scared all of the kids who refused to stay in those rooms and did not use the theater at all as a result. We called the management and they sent someone out the following morning and found a large anthill outside however the ants were still in the rooms for the entire stay. We were just told that it takes time... great, but we are only there for 3 days so 3 rooms including the theater were useless.Second, we paid for pool heating and the pool heater and spa did not work correctly. The property claims that the pool was heated correctly but it was cold and the kids did not use the pool even one time after spending every day in the pool the prior year. On top of that the spa was not functioning correctly and when the jets turned on the spa would empty so the jets could not be used, on top of the fact that the "heat" was only up to 71 degrees, during the day, with the sun out.The management credited only 1/2 of one day for all of the issues which was woefully insufficient. We do not recommend this place."
