"I am incredibly grateful for everything; the house has absolutely everything needed for a wonderful stay. It comes equipped with a complete set of kitchen essentials and then some which worked out much better for everyone. The pool and hot tub were phenomenal; we absolutely loved them. The bedrooms and the rest of the house were perfect and impeccably clean. The owner even had the house cleaned and prepared for us the night before, allowing us to check in early given that we had driven a very long distance a gesture that not just anyone would make. Our experience was a total success and best of all we were able to see family members we hadn't seen in ages, which made the trip even more special. My kids love it, my husband love it, my family love it, and I love it as well. We are come back soon, but I fell so in love with the place that we will definitely be staying here again. "The townhouse was plenty spacious for our group of 7. Our kids loved the pool and used it daily. The kitchen had a good variety of items. We enjoyed the extra toys in the hall closet and the high chair/umbrella stroller. The house and furniture were more “worn” than in the photos. The living room space was not very comfortable. There were several torn screens in the outdoor space so the pool was filled with leaves upon arrival (our kids did not mind scooping them all out). A few more towels would be nice. If we had a bigger group there would not have been enough. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and it was a generally easy drive to and from the Disney parks. "

"The ONLY thing that would have made this place better would be a better view in the pool area. I didn’t like seeing the shirtless old guy next door peeping while in our bikinis, (it was just a weird vibe); so ultimately I left and got another place. But the house was GORGEOUS and clean and the upstairs was SET UP for anyone’s day of fun. I also was SO HAPPY to see the security guard doing his job well for entry into the neighborhood. The house: 5 stars The view: 1 star The hosts: 10 stars (they were super sweet and VERY attentive and ready to make the stay as pleasurable as they possibly could.) the view issue was not their fault at all, it’s just how the neighborhood is built.
