"I was expecting a fully functional kitchen and a bit disappointed. The cookware was in poor condition along with small appliances. There were less than minimal cooking utensils and no oven mitts or kitchen towels The knives in butcher block were very dull. I was not expecting to have to go purchase kitchen needs but dollar tree and Walmart were located close by. The carpet was very dirty. The neighborhood was ok. "
