"The entire house was nice but what I didn’t like is that it didn’t say anything about a shared bathroom only says shared kitchen. The only thing private you have is the room. The parking is not reserved as they say, it’s a first come first serve basis and on the weekends when it’s busy your guaranteed to have no choice but to wait til midnight when they start to tow cars that didn’t have permits. We actually had a long trip and came back at 9:30pm but had to sit outside and wait til midnight. When I called them about parking all I pretty much got was the run around and finally for him to pretty much say oh well figure it out on your own. Can’t say it’s guaranteed parking if it’s really not. I didn’t like that communication was not up to par, after checking in and driving to the house, I got an email that they changed our room which I was ok with but what I wasn’t ok with was the amount of time it took for them to send me the right code to the room. I got about 4 different codes that did not work and was told to call support. The people we shared the space with were loud and dirty. They left garbage all over the floor and they pissed all over the toilet and floors, also left dirty sanitary napkins on top of the toilet until I brought it to their attention. We barely were in the house but I would’ve liked to have had a heads up that nothing is private besides the room. If it would’ve had a private bathroom I wouldn’t have mind staying there but it was a bit uncomfortable"

"Renters beware!! Pictures must be from years ago. The house is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and fixing. Everything is either dirty or broken. The games shown are broken. They mention pool heat but never mention that it’s linked with the “hot tub”, not sure why anyone wants a cold hot tub. Even after paying 250 for heat it would randomly not work, so we only got to use it the last day of our trip. Totally not worth it. Super annoying constant buzzing sound in kitchen. They send people to your house with no notice. No starter coffee or supplies. Sheets and towels are stained. “Theater room” is worthless cause they pin locked their Roku remote. Trying to get help from the property manager was basically worthless. Hugely disappointed with this house, wish I had picked something else. "

"Very clean and comfortable, pool area fantastic, trash daily pick up a great thing, only minor comment is that a game room should have more than a pool table and 2 cue sticks and a phone number for calling hosta and property manager should be posted somewhere in the property, would definitely stay at this site again."
