This beautiful and private apartment is the whole Second Floor of a 2-Family House/ Duplex. It has its own entrance. Park right in front of the house. Great kitchen with marble, tile, modern appliances and a beautiful nature view. 3 private bedrooms, 2 queen size beds. Nice full renovated bath. Living room with TV. Renovated, private 3rd floor space. House is from 1898 and has high ceilings and NJ Victorian style. 30 minutes to New York by Lincoln Tunnel or George Washington Bridge. Walk to Downtown to find some places to eat and convenience stores. There is 7-11, Dunkin Donuts, coffee shops, bakeries, a small supermarket and Asian and Spanish restaurants.
