"Due to issues at work and traffic we were running late and Jon waited up for us past the checking time and helped us with parking. Thank you so much. The room was lovely and spacious and warm. "

"Heating turned on at 20degrees but frankly when it’s minus 7 outside this was not enough. A fan in the bathroom would be good because it’s unreasonable to expect the window to be open when freezing outside. Shower was hard to adjust. A manual when you arrive would be a help too If you had 4 people in this house it would be too small. A simple double bed in the second bedroom would provide a bit more space to move around. Towel rail in the bathroom would be better if you could tirn it off and on yourself - it’s connected to the heat which hardly ever seemed to come on."
