LivAway Suites Tri-Cities- Richland
They don’t have a continental breakfast. They are currently hemmed in by road construction. Not much you can do about loud guests.

Richland Riverfront Hotel and Conference Center, Ascend Hotel Collection
Nice place for the price, with breakfast included. Only complaint was the noise. Could hear the loud tv in the next room all night. Also people outside in the corridor were loud until after midnight

WoodSpring Suites Tri-Cities - Richland
it was s last minute stay . All other hotels were booked up . So we weren't prepared to stay here . It's a long term hotel . So not your standard hotel with coffee pot and coffee in the room . However they had free coffee downstairs . It's a bare bones hotel . But very clean , quite and comfortable ...
