Apartment with free off-street parking! Comfortable country-style basement apartment nestled on a quite road in Richfield Springs, NY. Where you can take a quite walk with your family and pets, or maybe bike ride without traffic.(In the winter, snowshoe, snowmobile or sled down hill.)The deck provides a relaxing retreat, to read a book, view your laptop or just grilling for the evening. Owners live upstairs. Minutes away from the local attractions including farmers' market, lakes and beaches, as well as restaurants. Just 15 minutes from historic Cooperstown, the Home of Baseball. There you will find several museums, wineries, cider mills, shops and opera entertainment. Fall provides pumpkins, hayrides and apples. Winter snowmobiling, snowshoeing and sledding.

Immaculately clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Really enjoyed our stay after long days at the baseball field. A bit farther away from Dreams Park than some other options, but worth it for the peace, quiet, and cleanliness.

My family loved this place. It had everything we needed, was clean, and relaxing. my kids loved being at the house just as much at being at Cooperstown. I highly recommend staying here!

This apartment was very attractive and homey. Especially enjoyed the electric fireplace in the living room! We would definitely book here again if we came to the area.

Great NY getaway

Needed place to stay to attend wedding in Cooperstown. This property was spotless and wonderful. It also allows pets which was important to us. Can’t wait to come back!

Comfortable stay

This place was perfect for us as it was humid and rainy the weekend we came. It was a bit of a drive to the various diamonds around Cooperstown but the routes were scenic. We made use of the fully equipped kitchen, and were happy we could do laundry. Overall, we had a comfortable stay.

Quiet country stay

Spacious, with large kitchen area. It is very quiet in a beautiful spot in the country. There is a large, new grocery store and a gas station half a mile away. The house was immaculately clean. Very nice stay!

Gemstone hunting in the area

We stayed one night while in the area gemstone hunting. It was very clean and just as described. There is a supermarket and very good pizza place about 5 minutes away. Owners were very nice and even brought us down some storage bags and tin foil that we realized we needed the morning we were leaving.

Cute apartment in owners' home

Lower-level 2-bedroom apartment was perfect for my husband's and my stay (2 nights) when we traveled to NY to visit the Baseball HOF in Cooperstown. Well-equipped kitchen for making meals so you don't need to eat out all the time - outdoor grill is available. Small seating area for reading or watching TV. 2nd bedroom has 2 beds, so would work well for a family with 2 children or friends who don't mind sharing. Shaded patio would be great in the summer - a bit chilly in late October, although I did sit outside and read for a bit to enjoy the fall afternoon. Rural area, very quiet. Note there are no cooking staples, so you need to provide things like spices and olive oil if you are a serious cook, as well as foil/baggies. Less than 1/2 hour drive to Cooperstown. Nice alternative to a hotel room!

Immaculately clean, adorable apartment with a very good layout for families! Everything you need is there. The only thing that would make it better,would be better lighting in the bathroom and a mirror in the main bedroom to blow dry your hair and put makeup on, while someone else is in the bathroom.

However, emptying the dehumidifiers multiple times per day was annoying, and despite communicating with the owner about it beforehand, they were not comfortable with us charging our EV at the home, creating challenges to keep the car charged.

Family weekend

4 adults and 1 and 3 year old enjoyed our stay. The hosts live in the top level and were very friendly. The property is beautiful, with gardens, a playground and a large yard. The house had everything you need, lots of towels and kitchen supplies. Beds are comfortable. 25 minute drive to Cooperstown.
