Apartment with free off-street parking! Comfortable country-style basement apartment nestled on a quite road in Richfield Springs, NY. Where you can take a quite walk with your family and pets, or maybe bike ride without traffic.(In the winter, snowshoe, snowmobile or sled down hill.)The deck provides a relaxing retreat, to read a book, view your laptop or just grilling for the evening. Owners live upstairs. Minutes away from the local attractions including farmers' market, lakes and beaches, as well as restaurants. Just 15 minutes from historic Cooperstown, the Home of Baseball. There you will find several museums, wineries, cider mills, shops and opera entertainment. Fall provides pumpkins, hayrides and apples. Winter snowmobiling, snowshoeing and sledding.

Amazing appartnment centernally located in New York. The owner thought of every detail, including a well stocked kitchen, stalite TV and a deck to watch the sun rise.

Appreciated Jean reaching out when we got delayed on our arrival to the area and checking in. Property was clean and accommodated 3 adults very comfortably. Thanks for a great stay. Would recommend to others for affordable alternative and proximity to Cooperstown.

Really Comfortable

We had a wonderful stay at coolis’ country corner. It was incredibly clean. No issues at all extremely close to Cooperstown.I would highly recommend staying here!! Thank you for a great visit.

Family weekend

4 adults and 1 and 3 year old enjoyed our stay. The hosts live in the top level and were very friendly. The property is beautiful, with gardens, a playground and a large yard. The house had everything you need, lots of towels and kitchen supplies. Beds are comfortable. 25 minute drive to Cooperstown.

Exceptional property, absolutely adorable and spotless. Had all the amenities of a hotel plus all the extras, fully supplied kitchen, laundry, fresh towels and toiletries. Country setting was beautiful especially with all the fall colors.

Clean, Neat and Tidy!

This was the perfect place after a day at Cooperstown. The beds were very comfortable and we were able to get a couple of loads of laundry done after being in the road for over a week. I highly recommend this place!

Great Stay!

The property is nice and very clean! The property owners are friendly and very helpful with restaurant suggestions and things to do in the area. The property is located outside of town and is a very peaceful place to stay. We stayed here while my son was playing in Cooperstown which is about 30 minutes away and is a nice drive. I would definitely stay again if I am back in the area!

Excellent place, super clean and comfortable

Excellent place - super clean and comfortable with every amenity possible. Beds are comfortable, bedding is nice quality, and soaps and shampoos provided. We stayed there once before, and we enjoyed it greatly so we returned. It’s about a 25 minute pleasant drive to Cooperstown from there. It was close enough that we drove back and forth to shower and change for dinner after the day’s activities.a few times..

Nice and quiet

The property was very clean and comfortable. The only downside was there was only one bathroom, which we knew when we made our reservation. An additional half bath would have been ideal. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you Jean for the hospitality - we would definately stay again!

Cooperstown wedding

Needed place to stay to attend wedding in Cooperstown. This property was spotless and wonderful. It also allows pets which was important to us. Can’t wait to come back!

Glimmerglass Weekend

Everything was great. The property is the perfect distance from Glimmerglass and it’s near a grocery store. We also found a lovely place to eat - the Kettle and Rose in Cherry Valley.

Our home for a week of baseball

Stayed here with my family and dogs and it exceeded expectations in every way. The interior is more pleasant and light than the pictures suggest, and the outside property is just as verdant as it looks. Didn't spend a ton of time in the home because we were mostly at the Cooperstown Dreams Park all day for baseball. But when we were at Coolis' Corner, it felt like we were in our own home. Check-in, check-out, and dealing with our dogs were all super easy.

Fantastic

The place was IMMACULATE. The owner was there to greet us and even put the electric heater on before we got there to make sure the place was warm. Very cozy and comfortable. Highly recommended. Great job.

Great Basement Apartment

This was a very cute basement apartment on a gorgeous propery set back from the road. It was very clean and cozy with lovely decor. The sofa and chairs in the living room were very comfortable. The apartment had everything you needed from sheets, towels, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, coffee pot, etc. The owners were very quick to respond with any pre-arroval question I had (we had no issues during our stay). It is about 15-20 min from Cooperstown. Unfortunately we only stayed for 1 night, but would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.
