"Website images of room were very deceiving. Room was very small. Thanks goodness we had a balcony. Had to wait almost 45 minutes for the baker to bring our car. Went to the bar and they only had 2 bartenders making drinks and taking food orders. That wait was pretty bad as well we eventually left and went out for dinner. Won’t stay there again. Location was good though!"

"So nice to have a hotel as part of the hospital. We travel several states away for my son’s medical care at Ochsner. The room was very clean and comfortable, pool and spa are well maintained. Lots of amenities. Staff are all so friendly and helpful. "

"Room was clean,fridge was super cold,beds were not terrible,pool has no rails by the steps so a lil dangerous but the pool area and patio was super nice. It's not a bright colorful hotel so prob why it was not over booked or crowded. It's nicer inside than the outside for sure. Breakfast was ready daily the breakfast lady attendant was rude and mouthy one day. But the hotel was over all a great spot. "

"Rooms are old and dirty. The first room they put us in had lights that didn’t work and the toilet was running. Old elevator that barely held 4 people - looked like a service elevator. No phones in the room, thin cheap ragged towels. Pool & hot tub decimated for construction. Overall, it’s a creepy place. "
