This apartments was clean and perfect for local amenities. 1 min to the beach, 5 mins to restaurants and bars. 10 mins by bus to Lindos and Lardos but enough in Pefkos to stay there. Really comfy beds, very clean, good towels (regularly changed) a great balcony view and lovely grounds! I would say that the bathroom was poor in condiction and the shower curtain needed changing as discoloured and mouldy but the shower it self was very powerful. I’d come here again without a doubt

Außergewöhnlich schöne Unterkunft direkt am Strand

Das Zimmer was wir hatten war unten mit Blick zum Parkplatz, dieser war aber durch Bäumer und Sträucher nicht ganz sichtbar, das war ok. Das Zimmer an sich hatte alles zu bieten was man braucht, Kühlschrank, Kochstelle, Geschirr etc, die Sauberkeit hier bei ließ ab zu wünschen übrig. Das Badezimmer, war ok, leider ohne Fenster oder Abzug (dieser war kaputt und mit Pflastern repariert worden) und die Sauberkeit, besonders im Bereich des WC's war sehr schlecht, nach Rücksprache mit dem Reinigungspersonal, wurde dies aber schnell geändert! Aber das alles war kein Problem, denn der Strand war nur 2 Minuten entfernt :) Die umliegenden Bars und Restaurants laden zur abendlichen Vergnügung ein und sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen.

So close to the beach

We picked this property due to its proximity to the beach – just a couple of minutes’ walk. We were sent a message before we arrived about check in and everything was very straight forward. We didn’t meet Christos but the cleaning lady was always around and very friendly. The studio was basic – but had everything we needed (including tea towels and washing up liquid which was very helpful). The room was made up daily, sheets and towels changed I think three times in the week, obviously bins emptied daily. There were lots of tiny ants but that’s not a fault of the studio or the cleaner – we saw them all over and as long as surfaces were wiped down they didn’t get out of hand. We had a balcony with a table and 2 chairs and an airer. The view from our studio (11) was probably the worst - over an abandoned building site, but for us it was fine. In shade at the end of the day so early evening drinks were comfortable. Only bad mark against the cleaner was the balcony was never swept and wasn’t good in bare feet after a while – but there was a brush downstairs so we did it ourselves in the end! So reasonably priced, close to the beach and some nice bars and restaurants it was perfect for a lovely relaxing week.
