"This property was not at all what I expected. There was a thousand stairs to the guesthouse which is terrible. This was not mentioned on the website Our room showed a view but there was a big tree in front of the view. The toilet in the room was enclosed with such a small space that the door could not be closed. No tea or coffee facilities in the room with only a communal kitchen. The room was clean but there was not even soap in the room as expected. Will not make use or recommend this quest house to anyone."

"My month-long stay at Penny and Roy's Dawson’s Creek Home was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed—almost as if I had found a new extended family. They communicated clearly and were always helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. They even prepared a delicious South African curry, adding a special touch to my experience.The home itself was clean, comfortable, and situated in a quiet neighborhood. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and within easy reach of shops and restaurants. Having parking for my hired car was also a great convenience.I highly recommend Dawson’s Creek Home to anyone visiting Cape Town, and I look forward to staying here again in the future!"
